Presentations were given on the new tender for awarding concessions for the use of waters to generate electricity from small hydropower plants at 48 locations, on improvements in land-related legislation, and on Binergija, the first project for a power plant on biomass in the country. The forum attracted attention of around 50 participants from the public and private sector, as well as representatives from the donor funded projects and non-governmental organizations.
