GIZ Serbia published a call ‘Development and delivery of training materials and training program for installers of air-source heat pumps’ for project support to the overall development of the heat pump market in the country.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – GIZ is carrying out a selection procedure under the Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Serbia project. Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is financing the endeavor.

Service provided to be tasked with preparing handbook, video guidelines

With the new tender in Serbia, an experienced service provider is sought to prepare a comprehensive handbook and video guidelines and other materials for installers of air-source heat pumps. The selected entity will be tasked with delivering a pilot five-day program with theoretical and practical content through on-site training with practical work demonstrations with relevant equipment.

The aim of the overall project is to improve legal, institutional, and technical framework. It focuses on enhancing decentralized energy production and supporting energy efficiency measures. The measures include the development of standardized technical and financial models as well as competence and capacity building for relevant stakeholders through awareness raising and development of trainings and educational programs.

Selected candidates can submit offers via email

Companies, educational institutions, civil society organizations and think tanks registered in Serbia can respond by September 9 and GIZ GIZ will invite selected candidates to submit an offer via email. The organization said the required information including project references needs to be submitted by mail to GIZ Office Belgrade, Žorža Klemansoa 19, IV floor, 11158 Belgrade, Serbia.

The deadline for responses is September 9

On the envelope, the applicants should write: Development and delivery of training materials and training program for installers of air-source heat pumps 83446606, do not open until 06.09.2023.
