All content of the internet portal is copyrighted work. Centre for Promotion of Sustainable Development as a publisher and owner of the media, reserves the right to protect and accomplish the work, in accordance with law.

Under the copyrighted work, we consider the following: textual content, photos, illustrations, audio, design of the website, and computer code.

Exceptionally, the Centre for Promotion of Sustainable Development allows all companies, media, and private individuals to use the textual content and share it on their web platforms, under the following conditions:

– It is allowed to use 100% of characters of each article, with the obligation to direct the reader in the first or second sentence of the article to the source of the article, by quoting the full name of the media Balkan Green Energy News (in a separate color, font, or bold characters), with the obligation to provide a hyperlink to the webpage of the original article.

– Any change of the wording, misinterpretation, violation of integrity, or indecent and abusive using of the work is forbidden

– Posted hyperlink must not contain “no follow”.

Any other situations which could not be defined as above presented exceptions, it is necessary to request permission to use the content, via official contact email of the media BALKAN GREEN ENERGY NEWS.

The use of content non-compliant to the mentioned rules will be considered as copyright infringement, by Copyright Law and any other related civil law of the Republic of Serbia.
