The section of potential legal services encompasses European law, tax, procurement, competition, environment, dispute resolution and other areas. Experts can also be hired for training communication and other services.

Applicants who express interest as natural persons can be of any nationality, while for services financed through EU grant contracts the condition is that legal entities are established in a member state or in an eligible country in relation to the applicable instrument.
