Dragan Kujović new Executive Director of Montenegrin TSO CGES

An extraordinary Shareholders Assembly of Montenegro’s state-owned utility Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem (CGES) elected Dragan Kujović as Executive Director of the company, CGES said in a statement.

CGES is a joint stock company and transmission system operator (TSO) in Montenegro.

“Shareholders Assembly relieved former Executive Director Ivan Bulatović of his duty after the expiry of his four-year mandate,” CGES said in a statement.

New Executive Director Dragan Kujović joins CGES from the State Secretary position in the Ministry of Economy.

“He has also served as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Economy, Chairman of the Assets and Liabilities Management Board of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, Chairman of the Board of Directors of A.D. OBOD – Cetinje, and coordinated the work of many Government working groups,” Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem (CGES) said in a statement.

Kujović graduated from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica in 2000.

Vesna Bracanović, Zo­ran Ra­ko­če­vić, Ta­ma­ra Iv­ko­vić and Zo­ran Mi­lja­nić will represent the capital of the Government in the Board of Directors.

Giovanni Cerchiarini and Carlo Crea are elected as representatives of the Italian company Terna in Board of Directors while Jelena Matejić will represent Serbian utility Elektromreža­ Sr­bi­je (EMS). Jelena Matejić was recently appointed as the General Manager of the EMS.

At the constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors, held on the same day, Ve­sna Bra­ca­no­vić was appointed as Chairman, while the Giovanni Cerchiarini was appointed as Vice-Chairman.
