The objective of the public procurement is to save energy, as well as to reduce CO2 emissions and the cost of maintaining the public lighting system.

The deadline for the submission of bids is 60 days from the date of publication of the public call in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

The private partner must implement energy-saving measures that will provide financial savings in the part of the public lighting system in accordance with the offer and the type of the contract.

The public partner will also have the obligation to pay the best bidder a fee from the accomplished guaranteed financial savings for the availability of the reconstructed part of the public lighting system and a fee for the maintenance of the reconstructed part of the system.
