According to document signed in south-east Serbia town of Niš, Serbian company will transfer technology and equipment to Albania. On the other side,  Albanian partner will own 30 percent of the new company and will invest capital and his business contacts in Albania.

“This is the first company of its kind and we are expecting that it will encourage others to do business in Albania, especially in the waste management sector” said the president of the Ezo group Dragan Stanković.

The company will be officially registered in November, and the first project is expected to start in December. As announced, it will be the project of cleaning the oil tanks.
