In cooperation with Startit and the European company InnoEnergy, PowerUp! competition will be organised for the first time in Belgrade, Serbia, on the 22nd of May. The most successful Serbian start-ups in the field of energy will be presented at this event, while the best ones will have an opportunity to win an investment worth 30.000 to 150.000 euros in June, at the Central-European finals in Prague.

The fourth edition of the largest competition for start-ups from the cleantech sector in Central Europe – PowerUp! by InnoEnergy has started on March 1.

Products that really represent the future in the field of clean tech and energy efficiency will be presented at the local competition in Belgrade.

An online platform will be presented, which enables users to conclude a contract for electric energy supplying with the highest level of security, fast and with the best prices.

Participants in the competition will demonstrate the functioning of a special mobile app whose data helps with the reduction of the amount of electric energy used, as well as a device that helps the management and balancing of energy usage in solar energy systems.

One of the teams will present a specially designed, innovative, interactive system for recycling, very useful for environmental protection.

This will also be an opportunity to present an internationally patented device for the usage of wind energy, which has an unprecedented advantage over any currently existing wind turbine.

Startit and InnoEnergy are presenting the best Serbian start-ups on the 22nd of May at 6:00 PM, at Dorćol Platz, Dobračina 59.
