The Center for Promotion of Sustainable Development (CPOR), a civil society organization, is looking for an Intern for Balkan Green Energy News, the region’s leading sustainable energy and green economy news provider publishing in both English and Serbian, recently selected as one of 42 projects globally – and the only from South-East Europe (SEE) – to compete for the Best Climate Solutions 2018 Award.

A successful internship candidate is to demonstrate the following:

  • A keen interest in environmental protection, climate action, and renewable energy sources;
  • Career focus on digital journalism, with a knack for communications;
  • Excellent command of both the Serbian and English language;
  • A journalism, philology, or another relevant university degree.

What you would do:

  • Assist the newsroom in finding/selecting news and other website content from relevant sources;
  • Write news and other website content;
  • Help organize events;
  • Perform other tasks as necessary.
