Ministry of Mining and Energy registered the temporary preferential status of two power producers ceased to exist, as the deadline for acquiring the permanent status expired.

Therefore, according to law, the free capacity has increased by their facilities’ installed power, the statement said.

A new regulation document was adopted and entered into force on March 14, adding the determined 50.5 kW of open capacity for solar power production in units of up to 30 kW.
