Montenegro’s government-controlled power transmission system operator Crnogorski Elektroprenosni Sistem a.d. (CGES) published a call for offers for installation and maintenance of a system for forecasting electricity generation of wind power plants Krnovo and Možura. The service is planned to be performed at the location of the supplier (host system) and includes providing data on registered production, weather conditions and weather forecast, necessary for production and installation, with parameterization and testing of client application on the location of the contracting authority.

Short-term prognosis is necessary because of growing demands for wind farms integration in the electricity transmission system of Montenegro, as well as for volatility of their electricity generation.

Estimated worth of the public procurement is EUR 18,000 including value-added tax, and the deadline for application is June 28. The offer is valid for 90 days after opening. Mandatory financial guarantee with the offer is equivalent to 2% of estimated value of the public procurement, with the condition that it is valid for five days after the offer expires, the documentation says. The selected contractor must provide a guarantee equivalent to 5% of the contract’s worth, valid for 30 days following the deadline for the execution of the service.

Estimated worth of the public procurement is EUR 18,000 including value-added tax, and the deadline for application is June 28.

The offerer needs to provide evidence it conducted the same service for at least two operators within the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (Entso-E) in the last three years, or since establishment in the case it occurred less than three years before. The deadline for the execution of the service at the National Dispatching Centre is 12 months from the signing of the contract.
