Solar power solutions and services company Photon Energy said its subsidiary Photon Energy Operations expanded to Romania, SeeNews reported.

The company takes over the full monitoring, operations and maintenance of three power plants with a capacity of 11 MW based in Oradea, in the northwestern part of Romania, according to a statement filed with the NewConnect stock exchange in Poland.

Photon Energy NV has five divisions of expertise that together cover the entire lifecycle of solar power systems. Photon Energy is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands and has offices in Germany, Australia, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
