Projekat se priprema vi\u0161e od decenije. Zaustavljen je 2023, kada je Nema\u010dka odustala od finansiranja, ali je ponovo aktiviran krajem pro\u0161le godine.<\/h2>\n<p>Vrednost investicije u vetroelektranu (VE) Hrgud procenjena je na ukupno 187 miliona konvertibilnih maraka (oko 95,7 miliona evra), \u0161to uklju\u010duje izgradnju vetroparka i prate\u0107e infrastrukture.<\/p>\n<p>U planu je 10 vetroturbina ukupne instalisane snage 60 MW, a godi\u0161nja proizvodnja elektri\u010dne energije bi bila oko 160 GWh. Prvobitni plan je bio da elektrana ima 16 turbina ukupne snage 48 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Lokacija je na platou Hrgud u op\u0161tini Berkovi\u0107i u ju\u017enom delu Bosne i Hercegovine, na podru\u010dju Republike Srpske. Nalazi se oko 50 kilometara severozapadno od Trebinja i 30 kilometara jugoisto\u010dno od Mostara.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nema\u010dka vlada je 2023. odustala od finansiranja Hrguda<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nema\u010dka vlada je 2023. godine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nemacka-zaustavila-cetiri-projekta-vredna-105-miliona-evra-u-republici-srpskoj\/\">odustala od finansiranja<\/a> vetroparka i jo\u0161 tri projekta u Republici Srpskoj <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nemacka-obustavlja-finansiranje-vetroparka-hrgud-i-jos-tri-projekta-u-republici-srpskoj\/\">iz politi\u010dkih razloga<\/a>, a ERS je nakon toga najavio da \u0107e nastaviti razvoj Hrguda samostalno i tra\u017eiti nove partnere. Iz kompanije je tada re\u010deno da su interes pokazale i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/kinezi-zainteresovani-za-vetropark-hrgud-nakon-povlacenja-nemacke\/\">kineske kompanije<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>U decembru 2025. godine je saop\u0161teno da se projekat vetroparka Hrgud <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/ers-ponovo-pokrece-projekat-vetroelektrane-hrgud\/\">ponovo aktivira<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prema navodima medija u Bosni i Hercegovini, predmet tendera je projektovanje, izvo\u0111enje, isporuka, monta\u017ea, ispitivanje i pu\u0161tanje u rad vetroelektrane, kao i izgradnja infrastrukture potrebne za njeno funkcionisanje, poput dalekovoda, trafostanice i pristupnih puteva.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Vrednova\u0107e se i ponu\u0111eni procenat i uslovi finansiranja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da se \u0107e se projekat sprovoditi po modelu EPC+F, koji osim projektovanja, nabavke i izgradnje obuhvata i finansiranje, na tenderu \u0107e se vrednovati procenat i uslovi finansiranja koje ponu\u0111a\u010d mo\u017ee da obezbedi, navode mediji.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e \u0107e se vrednovati predvi\u0111eni stepen iskori\u0161\u0107enja vetroelektrane i rok u kojem ponu\u0111a\u010d mo\u017ee da zavr\u0161i projekat.<\/p>\n<p>Rok za
