Nordwestbahnhof) u 20. be\u010dkom okrugu Brigittenau razviti novi urbani kvart sa velikim udelom zelenih povr\u0161ina. Studija Austrijskog instituta za tehnologiju pokazuje da bi ozelenjavanje i uklanjanje nepropusnih povr\u0161ina moglo zna\u010dajno da pobolj\u0161a mikroklimu ovog podru\u010dja.<\/h2>\n<p>Nordwestbahnhof je nekada\u0161nje veliko \u017eelezni\u010dko podru\u010dje koje se prostire na oko 44 hektara u 20. be\u010dkom okrugu Brigittenau. Nekada je slu\u017eilo prvenstveno za pretovar tereta, a danas ga grad Be\u010d i Austrijske savezne \u017eeleznice (\u00d6BB) pretvaraju u potpuno novi gradski kvart, \u010diji je zavr\u0161etak planiran do 2035. godine. Predvi\u0111eno je oko 6.500 stanova za pribli\u017eno 16.000 ljudi i oko 4.700 radnih mesta.<\/p>\n<p>Specifi\u010dnost ovog kvarta bi\u0107e njegovo zelenilo. Plan je da centralni deo novog naselja \u010dini Zeleno jezgro, koje \u0107e se prostirati na oko deset hektara. Bi\u0107e zasa\u0111eno vi\u0161e od 2.200 novih <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/drvece-umanjuje-broj-smrtnih-slucajeva-od-vrucine-zasadi-drvo\/\">stabala<\/a>, asfaltirane i betonirane povr\u0161ine \u0107e biti uklonjene, a javne povr\u0161ine \u0107e biti ure\u0111ene za boravak gra\u0111ana.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zeleno jezgro \u0107e smanjiti no\u0107ne temperature za jedan stepen<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Po nalogu Austrijskih saveznih \u017eeleznica (\u00d6BB), Austrijski institut za tehnologiju (AIT) je uradio studiju o uticaju planiranog razvoja ovog podru\u010dja.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati studije pokazuju da bi no\u0107ne temperature trebalo da budu ni\u017ee za oko jedan stepen Celzijusa, a lokalno \u010dak i do 2,5 stepena. Efekat zelenog jezgra bi trebalo da se ose\u0107a i u okolnim ulicama.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e, nalazi studije pokazuju da no\u0107no zahla\u0111enje od jednog stepena mo\u017ee u proseku da skrati trajanje toplotnih talasa za jedan dan, odnosno da smanji broj tropskih no\u0107i za oko tri godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<h3>Drve\u0107e smanjuje temperature<\/h3>\n<p>Sa sve intenzivnijim posledicama klimatskih promena, sve \u010de\u0161\u0107im i du\u017eim toplotnim talasima, gradovi su pod sve ve\u0107im pritiskom.<\/p>\n<p>Sve manje zelenila i sve vi\u0161e trotoara, zgrada i drugih povr\u0161ina koje apsorbuju i zadr\u017eavaju toplotu \u010dine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/temperatura-u-beogradu-sedam-stepeni-visa-zbog-nedovoljno-zelenih-povrsina\/\">gradove toplijima<\/a> u odnosu na njihovo ruralno okru\u017eenje, odnosno dolazi do formiranja urbanog toplotnog ostrva.<\/p>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i Zelenom jezgru, novi be\u010dki kvart ne bi trebalo da ima ovaj problem. Naime, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/bec-koristi-digitalne-tehnologije-za-mapiranje-pogodnih-lokacija-za-sadnju-drveca\/\">drve\u0107e<\/a> smanjuje temperature pomo\u0107u hlada, \u010dime doprinosi smanjenju ovog efekta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zelenilo \u0107e tokom dana smanjiti subjektivni ose\u0107aj temperature za oko deset stepeni Celzijusa<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"62\" data-end=\"266\">Zahvaljuju\u0107i hladovini drve\u0107a i zgrada, kao i velikim zelenim povr\u0161inama, subjektivni ose\u0107aj temperature tokom dana bi\u0107e ni\u017ei za oko deset stepeni, a lokalno i za vi\u0161e od 20 stepeni, pokazuje studija.
