Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj vidi velike mogu\u0107nosti za u\u0161tede u bud\u017eetima lokalnih samouprava kroz unapre\u0111enje efikasnosti javne rasvete, ka\u017ee Danijel Berg, direktor te finansijske institucije u Srbiji. On je za Balkan Green Energy News<\/em> izjavio da banka pru\u017ea tehni\u010dku podr\u0161ku mnogim op\u0161tinama i da se nada da \u0107e finansirati investicije u projekte energetske efikasnosti osvetljenja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i velik zahvat na teritoriji Beograda. Berg je na ovu poziciju do\u0161ao u avgustu iz Bugarske, gde je vodio poslovanje banke. Njena kancelarija u Srbiji je odgovorna za prose\u010dne godi\u0161nje investicije od 480 miliona evra.<\/p>\n

Banka je veoma posve\u0107ena odr\u017eivoj energetici i u\u010dinila ju je prioritetnom za investicije \u0161irom regiona u kojem posluje, ka\u017ee Berg. \u201eIako 2015. nije bilo velikih investicija u energiju iz obnovljivih izvora, nastavljamo da radimo na klju\u010dnim inicijativama u kreiranju politike podr\u0161ke pove\u0107anju energetske efikasnosti u zemlji. Konkretno, radimo s Vladom Srbije na pripremi prate\u0107ih uredbi za investicije i finansiranje energije iz obnovljivih izvora \u2013 s vladom i sa investitorima, da bismo obezbedili da pravni okvir bude odgovaraju\u0107i \u2013 a zaista predvi\u0111amo najozbiljnije investicije u energiju vetra u bliskoj budu\u0107nosti. Sara\u0111ujemo i s vi\u0161e op\u0161tina na preure\u0111enju njihovog sistema rasvete, u nadi da \u0107e sprovesti u delo dugoro\u010dne ugovore s kompanijama za pru\u017eanje energetskih usluga (ESCO \u2013 energy service company)<\/em> u pobolj\u0161anju efikasnosti osvetljenja. Finansirali smo i mali projekat na polju bio-gasa,\u201c izjavio je.<\/p>\n

EBRD i Evropska unija su se uklju\u010dili u podr\u0161ku jednog od najve\u0107ih ESCO projekata privatnog sektora u uli\u010dnoj rasveti, napomenuo je Berg. Na\u0161 sagovornik isti\u010de da \u0107e posao biti pokrenut u sedam op\u0161tina na teritoriji Beograda: u Barajevu, Grockoj, Lazarevcu, Mladenovcu, Obrenovcu, Sopotu i Sur\u010dinu. On \u0107e obuhvatati unapre\u0111enje za do 65,000 uli\u010dnih svetiljki pomo\u0107u nove, efikasnije tehnologije rasvete.<\/p>\n

\u201eNadamo se da \u0107emo finansirati prve vetrofarme u Srbiji, mo\u017eda i pre kraja godine\u201c, rekao je. Po njegovim re\u010dima, EBRD o\u010dekuje da \u0107e se, kako tarife za struju budu po\u010dele vi\u0161e da odra\u017eavaju tr\u017ei\u0161ne cene, pove\u0107avati investicije u mere energetske efikasnosti u svim sektorima privrede. \u201eVerujemo da je re\u017eim koji vlada uvodi za prvih 500 megavata iz energije vetra razborit na\u010din da se postignu ciljevi zemlje. Ne verujemo da ovaj obim proizvodnje energije mo\u017ee imati znatniji uticaj na tarife za struju za stanovni\u0161tvo, one ostaju niske u pore\u0111enju s prose\u010dnim tarifama u Evropskoj uniji\u201c, kazao je Berg i naglasio da o\u010dekuje da \u0107e ove godine do\u0107i do napretka u procesu dono\u0161enja okvira za otkup elektri\u010dne energije (power purchase agreement \u2013 PPA)<\/em> iz obnovljivih izvora.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
