Vi\u0161e informacija na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelenikrovovi.rs\">Zeleni krovovi<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sve ve\u0107i porast populacije i izgra\u0111ene povr\u0161ine u urbanim sredinama stvorio je manju komfornost \u017eivljenja, lo\u0161iji kvalitet \u017eivota stanovnika u gradovima, a na ve\u0107oj razmeri uticao je i na klimatske promene, prirodne katastrofe i sve manju odr\u017eivost. Kao jedan od na\u010dina za prevazila\u017eenje ovih problema sa kojim se bori savremeno dru\u0161tvo, a u \u0161irokom korpusu samog odr\u017eivog razvoja, stvorio se i savremeni koncept zelene gradnje koja se po mnogim na\u010delima razlikuje od prethodnog trenda gradnje koji je bio prisutan godinama unazad. Jedan od segmenata zelene gradnje predstavljaju zeleni krovovi koje je razvila dana\u0161nja arhitektura pri nala\u017eenju odr\u017eivih re\u0161enja za savremenu gradnju.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\"><strong>\u0160ta predstavljaju zeleni krovovi?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Zeleni krovovi su nova tehnologija zelene gradnje koja predstavlja vegetacioni sloj na krovu. Sastoje se iz nekoliko slojeva i to: za\u0161titnog filc sloja, drena\u017eno-akumulacione folije, filtracionog filc sloja, supstrata za zelene krovove i zavr\u0161nog vegetacionog sloja. Osnovna podela zelenih krovova je na ekstenzive i intezivne zelene krovove. Ova dva mehanizma redukuju temperature krovnih povr\u0161ina \u00a0i okolnog vazduha. Povr\u0161ina pod kojom je zeleni krov mo\u017ee biti hladnija od okolnog vazduha, dok konvencionalni krov mo\u017ee da pove\u0107a temperaturu okolnog vazduha i za preko 50\u00b0C.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zeleni krovovi mogu biti primenjeni na razli\u010ditim tipovima objekata: stambene i poslovne zgrade, industrijski, edukativni i javni objekti, private ku\u0107e i ostali tipovi objekata.<\/p>\n<p>Stvaranjem senke redukuju se temperature ispod vegetacionog sloja \/ biljaka. Ovakve hladnije povr\u0161ine redukuju prenos toplote na objekat \u00a0i njeno re-emitovanje u atmosferu. Na primeru studije slu\u010daja, izmerene su maksimalne redukcije temperatura za 11-25 \u00b0C\u00a0 zahvaljuju\u0107i senki koje je stvaralo drve\u0107e na dva objekta koja su imala zelene zidove i zelene krovove. <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Druga studija je ispitivala uticaj puzavica na temperature zida i izmerena je redukcija temperature od preko 20\u00b0C. <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Osim toga, rastu\u0107i medij (supstrat) na zelenim krovovima \u0161titi slojeve ispod od izlaganja vetru i ultraljubi\u010dastim zracima.<\/p>\n<p>Redukcija povr\u0161inskih temperatura poma\u017ee objektu da ostane hladniji smanjuju\u0107i protok toplote kroz krov i unutar objekta. Pored toga, smanjene temperature uti\u010du na redukciju protoka toplog vazduha iznad krova, \u0161to mo\u017ee da pomogne u sni\u017eavanju temperature okolnog vazduha. Ve\u0107i procenat krorova pod zelenilom, osim pozitivnog uticaja na sam objekat, mo\u017ee da uti\u010de i na smanjenje \u2018\u2019gradskih toplotnih ostrva\u2019\u2019 koja su \u010dest slu\u010daj u gu\u0161\u0107e izgra\u0111enim naseljima.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"\"><strong>Prednosti zelenih krovova<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ekonomske povoljnosti kroz smanjenje tro\u0161kova za potro\u0161enu energiju &#8211; u\u0161teda novca za energiju koja se utro\u0161i za rashladne sisteme leti i grejne sisteme zimi<\/li>\n<li>Ekonomske povoljnosti koje se manifestuju smanjenjem tro\u0161kova za odvo\u0111enje padavinskih voda<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u0107anje vrednosti nekretnine<\/li>\n<li>Stvaranje novih prirodnih stani\u0161ta za floru i faunu<\/li>\n<li>Smanjenje oticnja atmosferskih voda koje se vra\u0107aju u prirodan proces kru\u017eenja vode u prirodi<\/li>\n<li>Smanjenje uticaja ekstremnih temperaturnih vrednosti i gradskih ostrva toplote<\/li>\n<li>Apsorbovanje negativnih zra\u010denja \u010dime uti\u010du na pobolj\u0161anje mikroklime<\/li>\n<li>Apsorbovanje \u0161tetnih uticaja zaga\u0111uju\u0107ih materija<\/li>\n<li>Kori\u0161\u0107enje sun\u010deve energije na najracionalniji na\u010din<\/li>\n<li>Novi prostori za odmor, relaksaciju i interakciju stanovnika<\/li>\n<li>Pobolj\u0161anje kvaliteta \u017eivota<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Smanjenje upotrebe elektri\u010dne energije: <\/em><\/strong>Zeleni krovovi mogu da sa\u010duvaju potrebnu energiju za grejanje i hla\u0111enje objekata na takav na\u010din da kada su zeleni krovovi vla\u017eni oni apsorbuju i skladi\u0161te velike koli\u010dine toplote, \u0161to smanjuje temnperaturne fluktacije. Kada su suvi, slojevi zelenog krova imaju ulogu izolatora smanjuju\u0107i protok toplote kroz krov, a time smanjuju potrebnu energiju za hla\u0111enje unutra\u0161njosti objekta. Tokom zime, ovakvi izolacioni efekti zna\u010de manje odavanje toplote iz objekta \u0161to smanjuje potrebe za grejanjem. U letnjem periodu, vegetacija zelenih krovova smanjuje temperaturu krova i okolnog vazduha i na taj na\u010din smanjuje potrebe za energiju za hla\u0111enje.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Smanjenje zaga\u0111enja vazduha I efekta staklene ba\u0161te: <\/em><\/strong>Vegetacija smanjuje aerozaga\u0111enja i efekte staklene ba\u0161te kroz suvo deponovanje, konfiskaciju i skladi\u0161tenje ugljenika. Smanjene potrebe za elektri\u010dnom energijom na objektima sa zelenim krovovima tako\u0111e smanjuju aerozaga\u0111enja i efekte staklene ba\u0161te povezane sa\u00a0proizvodnjom energije. Pored toga, kako se prizemni ozon mnogo lak\u0161e formira sa porastom temperature, zeleni krovovi uti\u010du na sporije formiranje prizemnog ozona smanjuju\u0107i temperature vazduha.<\/p>\n<p>Zeleni krovovi mogu da uklone \u010destice i gasovite polutante, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i azot oksid NOx, sumpor dioksid SO2, ugljen monoksid CO, prizemni ozon O3. Istra\u017eivana su pokazala da 93 m\u00b2 zelenog korva mogu da uklone oko 40 kg \u010destica iz vazduha u toku jedne godine, stvaraju\u0107i kiseonik i uklanjaju\u0107i ugljen dioksid CO2 iz atmosfere. 40 kg \u010destica je pribli\u017eno emitovanju \u010destica od 15 putni\u010dkih automobila u toku jedne godine prilikom vo\u017enje. <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Upravljanje atmosferskim vodama I kvalitetom vode: <\/em><\/strong>Zeleni krovovi uti\u010du na smanjenje i usporavanje oticanja atmosferskih voda u urbanism sredinama. BIljke I supstrat zelenih krovova, kao i standardne zelene povr\u0161ine, apsorbuju vodu koja bi ina\u010de oticala. Koli\u010dina apsorbovanja zavisi od pre svega od dubine supstrata kao i nagiba krova. Studije pokazuju da ekstenzivni zeleni krov mo\u017ee da skladi\u0161ti izme\u0111u 50 i 100% padavina, zavisno od dubine supstrata, gustine vegetacije, inteziteta pljuskova I frekvencije lokalnih padavina.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Intezivni zeleni krov, sa dubljim slojem supstrata, mo\u017ee da skladi\u0161ti vi\u0161e padavina pri sli\u010dnim uslovima u odnosu na ekstenzivni zeleni krov.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pobolj\u0161anje zdravlja stanovnika I komfora: <\/em><\/strong>Smanjuju\u0107i preno\u0161enje toplote kroz krov objekta, zeleni krovovi uti\u010du na pobolj\u0161anje komfora i smanjuju toplotne udare povezane sa toplotnim talasima. Pobolj\u0161anje komfora stanovnika u objektu mo\u017ee da uti\u0107e pozitivno na zdravstveno stanje, posebno u neklimatizovanim objektima.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pobolj\u0161anje kvaliteta \u017eivota: <\/em><\/strong>Zeleni krovovi mogu da obezbede mnoge pogodnosti kao i ostalo urabno zelenilo. Ljudi u vi\u0161im stambenim objektima mogu u\u017eivati u pogledu na ni\u017ee objekte sa krovnim ba\u0161tama. Kada su u pitanju intezivni zeleni krovovi (zeleni krovovi intezivnog kori\u0161\u0107enja) oni predstavljaju jo\u0161 jedan novi dodatni zeleni prostor za odmor I relaksaciju.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\"><strong>Primer izvedenog zelenog krova u Beogradu<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Na krovnoj terasi privatnog objekta na Obli\u0107evom vencu u Beogradu izra\u0111en je zeleni krov intezivnog kori\u0161\u0107enja. Nakon postavljenjog hidroizolacionog sloja, pristupilo se izradi potrebnih slojeva za zeleni krov. Izvo\u0111enje radova je vr\u0161eno od strane tima in\u017eenjera pejza\u017ene arhitekture i obu\u010denog tehni\u010dkog osoblja\u00a0 firme \u2018\u2019Green Decor doo\u2019\u2019. Sve vrste radova su ra\u0111ene prema FLL standardima za zelene krovove i sertifikovanim materijalima.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9369\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Figure-2-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"figure-2\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Slika 2: Predhodno postavljena hidroizolacija na krovnoj plo\u010di<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nakon ve\u0107 postavljenje hidroizolacije, pristupilo se postavljanju za\u0161titnog filc sloja 300g na celoj povr\u0161ini planiranoj za zeleni krov.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9370\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Figure-3-365x300.jpg\" alt=\"figure-3\" width=\"365\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Slika 3:\u00a0Postavljanje drena\u017eno-akumulacione folije d=25mm nakon postavljenog za\u0161titnog filc sloja\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nakon postavljenog za\u0161titnog filc sloja 300g pristuplio se postavljanju drena\u017eno-akumulacione folije d=25mm koja slu\u017ei za odvod vi\u0161ka vode do drena\u017enog sistema objekta i za zadr\u017eavanje koli\u010dine koja je potrebna vegetacionom sloju.<\/p>\n<p>Filtracioni filter sloj 200g se postavlja preko drena\u017eno-akumulacione folije a ispod supstrata I omogu\u0107ava da voda pro\u0111e od sloja supstrata do ostalih slojeva ispod i koji ujedno spre\u010dava\u00a0 prodor korena i slu\u017ei kao barijera. Filter sloj obi\u010dno sadr\u017ei jedan ili dva sloja netkanog geotekstila gde se jedan od slojeva mo\u017ee tretirati i odre\u0111enim inhibitorom za spre\u010davanje prodora korena.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon postavljenog \u00a0filter sloja nasipan je sloj hranljivog supstrata za zelene krovove koji ima dve \u00a0najva\u017enije funkcije &#8211; odr\u017eavanje vegetacijskog sloja i \u00a0termoregulacija objekata. U ovom projektu postavljan se sloj supstrata dubine 10 cm zbog zavr\u0161nog vegetacijskog sloja od travnjaka, prema \u017eelji investitora. Hranljivi supstrat nije klasi\u010dno zemlji\u0161te koje mo\u017ee da se koristi za neke druge vrste zelenih povr\u0161ina. On je specifi\u010dnog sastava i zahteva pobolj\u0161anu strukturu i hranljive materije u skladu sa uslovima za koje se upotrebljava i u skladu sa izborom dendro materijala.
