{"id":91400,"date":"2026-04-27T14:16:48","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T12:16:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=91400"},"modified":"2026-04-27T14:32:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T12:32:04","slug":"hrvatska-analizira-potencijal-za-geolosko-skladistenje-co2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hrvatska-analizira-potencijal-za-geolosko-skladistenje-co2\/","title":{"rendered":"Hrvatska analizira potencijal za geolo\u0161ko skladi\u0161tenje CO2"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Hrvatska vlada dodelila je 2,7 miliona evra za projekat koji bi trebalo da utvrdi potencijal za geolo\u0161ko skladi\u0161tenje ugljen dioksida u Hrvatskoj.<\/h2>\n<p>U Ministarstvu gospodarstva potpisan je ugovor o dodeli bespovratnih sredstava za projekat &#8222;Hvatanje i skladi\u0161tenje ugljikova dioksida&#8220;, u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021-2026.<\/p>\n<p>Ugovor su potpisali ministar ekonomije Ante \u0160u\u0161njar, predsednik Uprave Agencije za ugljikovodike Marijan Krpan i direktor Fonda za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a i energetsku u\u010dinkovitost Luka Balen.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat se sprovodi u okviru investicije &#8222;Kori\u0161tenje vodika i novih tehnologija&#8220;, a ukupna vrednost dodeljenih bespovratnih sredstava iznosi 2,67 miliona evra, uz stopu sufinansiranja od 100 odsto, saop\u0161tilo je Ministarstvo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Projekat uklju\u010duje izradu Atlasa dubokih slanih akvifera i geolo\u0161kih struktura pogodnih za trajno zbrinjavanje CO2<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cilj projekta je, kako se navodi, da utvrdi potencijal za geolo\u0161ko <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/holcim-hrvatska-dobio-strateski-status-za-projekat-hvatanja-i-skladistenja-co2\/\">skladi\u0161tenje CO2<\/a> na kopnu i moru u Hrvatskoj, \u010dime se stvaraju preduslovi za razvoj novih tehnologija i ja\u010danje otpornosti energetskog sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat uklju\u010duje izradu Atlasa dubokih slanih akvifera i geolo\u0161kih struktura pogodnih za trajno zbrinjavanje CO2, izradu pre-FEED studije (Preliminary Front-End Engineering and Design) za lokaciju Bockovac, nabavku programskog paketa za projektovanje sistema za hvatanje i skladi\u0161tenje CO2 (capture and storage &#8211; CCS system), kao i aktivnosti promocije i vidljivosti.<\/p>\n<p>Ministar Ante \u0160u\u0161njar je izjavio da se projektom Hrvatska svrstava me\u0111u predvodnike u regionu u razvoju re\u0161enja za upravljanje emisijama CO2.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Krpan: Projekat potvr\u0111uje ulogu Agencije u dekarbonizaciji te\u0161ke industrije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Razvoj ovakvih projekata ja\u010da konkurentnost ekonomije i dodatno pozicionira Hrvatsku kao relevantnog partnera u europskoj energetskoj tranziciji, istakao je on.<\/p>\n<p>Predsednik Uprave <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/cetiri-od-cetiri-sve-lokacije-u-hrvatskoj-pokazale-znacajan-geotermalni-potencijal\/\">Agencije za ugljikovodike<\/a> Marijan Krpan naglasio je da projekat potvr\u0111uje ulogu Agencije u dekarbonizaciji te\u0161ke industrije. Atlas \u0107e, kako je objasnio, slu\u017eiti kao podloga za budu\u0107e CCS projekte, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i strate\u0161ki projekt GT CCS, koji obuhvata razvoj transportne infrastrukture, skladi\u0161nih kapaciteta i kori\u0161tenje geotermalne energije.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat doprinosi ispunjenju nacionalnih i evropskih klimatskih ciljeva, i osigurava uskla\u0111enost sa evropskim politikama, uz ja\u010danje uloge Hrvatske u razvoju re\u0161enja za trajno zbrinjavanje CO2, istakao je Krpan.<\/p>\n<h3>Balen: Pripremi\u0107e se i studija izvodljivosti na lokaciji Bockovac<\/h3>\n<p>Direktor Fonda za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a i energetsku u\u010dinkovitost Luka Balen istakao je va\u017enost izrade stru\u010dnih podloga za dono\u0161enje budu\u0107ih odluka. Izrada Atlasa geolo\u0161kih struktura pogodnih za trajno skladi\u0161tenje CO2, kao i studije izvodljivosti na lokaciji Bockovac, omogu\u0107i\u0107e dono\u0161enje odluka o budu\u0107im ulaganjima i razvoju infrastrukture za dekarbonizaciju, naveo je Balen.<\/p>\n<p>Time se, kako je dodao, otvara prostor za primenu naprednih re\u0161enja u smanjenju emisija gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te, a ujedno se ja\u010da i uloga Hrvatske kao aktivnog u\u010desnika u razvoju inovativnih tehnologija.<\/p>\n<p>Poziv za projekat objavljen je po\u010detkom 2026. pri \u010demu je Agencija za ugljikovodike odre\u0111ena kao jedini prihvatljivi nosilac njegovog sprovo\u0111enja.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, Srbija je u januaru ove godine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/srbija-sprema-zakonski-okvir-za-skladistenje-co2\/\">najavila<\/a> da \u0107e Nacrt zakona o istra\u017eivanju i eksploataciji ugljovodonika obuhvatiti
