Nova reverzibilna elektrana bi omogu\u0107ila prihvat 1,5 GW iz obnovljivih izvora energije.<\/h2>\n<p>RHE Bistrica treba bude izgra\u0111ena na rekama Uvac i Lim, na teritoriji op\u0161tina Nova Varo\u0161 i Priboj, a imala bi \u010detiri agregata nominalne snage po 165,25 MW i isto toliko pumpi od po 182 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Izgradnjom RHE Bistrica i kori\u0161\u0107enjem jezera Uvac i Kokin Brod i planirane nove akumulacije Klak, predvi\u0111en je kapacitet skladi\u0161tenja energije od 55 GWh, a mogu\u0107e je pro\u0161irenje do 310 GWh, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekologija.gov.rs\/obavestenja\/procena-uticaja-na-zivotnu-sredinu\/zahtevi\/zahtevi-za-odredjivanje-obima-i-sadrzaja\/ad-elektroprivreda-srbije-beograd-podneo-ministarstvu-zastite-zivotne-sredine-zahtev-za-odredjivanje-obima-i-sadrzaja-studije-o-proceni-uticaja-na-zivotnu\">zahtevu<\/a> koji je EPS podneo Ministarstvu za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kapacitet skladi\u0161tenja energije bi bio oko 55 GWh, uz mogu\u0107nost pro\u0161irenja do 310 GWh<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Izgradnja ovog postrojenja imala bi <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/zivkovic-slabost-energetskog-sistema-nije-opcija\/\">veliki zna\u010daj za balansiranje<\/a> elektroenergetskog sistema Srbije, jer bi omogu\u0107ila dodatni prihvat oko 1.500 MW iz varijabilnih obnovljivih izvora energije, navodi se u zahtevu.<\/p>\n<p>U okviru projekta se planira izgradnja brane Klak na reci Uvac, tj. gornje akumulacije, koja bi mogla da dr\u017ei vi\u0161e od 100 miliona kubnih metara vode. Donja akumulacija ve\u0107 postoji na reci Lim, a formirana je izgradnjom brane Potpe\u0107, napominje se.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Plan je da radovi krenu po\u010detkom 2028. godine<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Idejnim projektom je odre\u0111ena dinamika realizacije projekta RHE Bistrica u trajanju od \u0161est godina, a o\u010dekivani po\u010detak radova je po\u010detkom 2028. godine. Me\u0111utim, rok zavr\u0161etka radova \u0107e zavisiti od mnogo faktora, koji \u0107e biti analizirani u daljim fazama projektne dokumentacije, pa su rokovi podlo\u017eni izmenama u zavisnosti od okolnosti.<\/p>\n<h3>EPS ra\u010duna na kredit japanske agencije JICA<\/h3>\n<p>Tender za izradu nedostaju\u0107e dokumentacije, \u010dija je vrednost procenjena na 610 miliona dinara (oko 5,2 miliona evra), izme\u0111u ostalog obuhvata dokumentaciju koja se odnosi na rekonstrukciju i dogradnju brane Radoinja, koja se nalazi uzvodno od planirane brane Klak, kao i a\u017euriranje postoje\u0107e studije opravdanosti projekta RHE Bistrica.<\/p>\n<p>Rok za podno\u0161enje prijava je 22. maj, a tenderom su obuhva\u0107ene i konsultantske usluge za proces odobravanja kredita od Japanske agencije za me\u0111unarodnu saradnju (JICA).<\/p>\n<p>Vlada Japana je tokom leta 2024. godine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/japan-odobrio-ucesce-agencije-jica-u-projektu-reverzibilne-hidroelektrane-bistrica\/\">odobrila<\/a> u\u010de\u0161\u0107e agencije JICA u finansiranju projekta RHE Bistrica, \u010dija je ukupna vrednost tada procenjena na 1,2 milijarde evra. U oktobru iste godine, Vlada Srbije je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vlada-srbije-usvojila-prostorni-plan-za-rhe-bistrica\/\">usvojila prostorni plan<\/a> za taj
