Aran\u017eman je koordinisala Penka Ivanova iz REIB-a, a uspe\u0161no je strukturisala i uskladila u\u010de\u0161\u0107e svih osigurava\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat je obezbe\u0111en dvofaznim osiguranjem, pri \u010demu je pokri\u0107e za sve rizike tokom izgradnje (Construction All Risk &#8211; CAR) uskla\u0111eno sa pokri\u0107em za sve rizike tokom eksploatacije (Operational All Risk &#8211; OAR) nakon pu\u0161tanja u rad.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Dvofazna struktura osiguranja obezbe\u0111uje za\u0161titu tokom \u010ditavog ciklusa<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ovim se obezbe\u0111uje kontinuirana za\u0161tita tokom celog ciklusa postrojenja &#8211; od izgradnje do eksploatacije, uz istovremeno obezbe\u0111ivanje povoljnijih uslova finansiranja, navodi REIB, bronzani sponzor <a href=\"https:\/\/belgradeenergyforum.com\/sr\/\">Beogradskog energetskog foruma 2026<\/a>, koji \u0107e se odr\u017eati 11. i 12. maja.<\/p>\n<p>Program osiguranja je strukturisan tako da pokriva sve klju\u010dne rizike, uklju\u010duju\u0107i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materijalnu \u0161tetu tokom izgradnje i eksploatacije<\/li>\n<li>Ka\u0161njenje u pu\u0161tanju u rad (Delay in Start-Up \u2013 DSU) \/ gubitak o\u010dekivane dobiti (Advance Loss of Profit \u2013 ALOP), sa periodom obe\u0161te\u0107enja od 12 meseci<\/li>\n<li>Prekid poslovanja (Business Interruption &#8211; BI) tokom eksploatacije<\/li>\n<li>Odgovornost prema trec\u0301im licima (Third-Party Liability &#8211; TPL) u obe faze<\/li>\n<li>Pokri\u0107e od terorizma, posebno ugovoreno i uklju\u010deno<\/li>\n<li>Pomorski transport (Marine Cargo) i ka\u0161njenje u pu\u0161tanju u rad zbog pomorskog transporta (Marine DSU), \u0161to pokriva transport opreme i povezani rizik od gubitka prihoda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ovakvim integrisanim pristupom se pokrivaju i fizi\u010dki i finansijski rizici, \u0161to investitorima i kreditorima pru\u017ea ve\u0107i stepen sigurnosti tokom celog \u017eivotnog ciklusa projekta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>REIB pokriva vi\u0161e od 30% tr\u017ei\u0161ta solara i baterijskog skladi\u0161tenja energije u Rumuniji<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Uz zna\u010dajno prisustvo i rast poslovanja u Rumuniji, gde ve\u0107 podr\u017eava v<strong>i\u0161e od 30% tr\u017ei\u0161ta fotonaponskih elektrana i baterijskih sistema za skladi\u0161tenje energije (BESS)<\/strong>, REIB nastavlja da donosi proverene me\u0111unarodne strukture osiguranja i tako poma\u017ee kompanijama koje razvijaju projekte i investitorima da smanje rizik ulaganja,
