Voda u ovom jamskom skladi\u0161tu bi se grejala vi\u0161kovima elektri\u010dne energije iz sistema, navodi se u projektnoj ideji u okviru Strate\u0161kog plana razvoja op\u0161tine Berane.<\/h2>\n<p>Skladi\u0161te tople vode bi se sastojalo od dva podzemna bazena ukupne zapremine oko 500.000 metara kubnih. Ukupna elektri\u010dna snaga sistema za grejanje vode bi bila oko 40 MW, a kapacitet skladi\u0161tenja toplotne energije bi bio oko 30 GWh.<\/p>\n<p>Postrojenje bi prvenstveno slu\u017eilo za obezbe\u0111ivanje toplote za napajanje sistema grejanja stambenih i drugih objekata u Beranama. Me\u0111utim, u <a href=\"https:\/\/berane.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/STRATESKI-PLAN-RAZVOJA-OPSTINE-BERANE-2025-2031-Usvojeni.pdf\">planu<\/a> se navodi da bi toplotno skladi\u0161te slu\u017eilo i za balansiranje elektroenergetskog sistema Crne Gore.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSkladi\u0161te bi predstavljalo i energetski objekat koji bi pru\u017eao usluge fleksibilnosti elektroenergetskom sistemu i omogu\u0107avao ve\u0107u integraciju varijabilnih obnovljivih izvora energije,\u201d pi\u0161e u projektnoj ideji.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Toplotno skladi\u0161te bi omogu\u0107ilo ve\u0107u integraciju varijabilnih obnovljivih izvora energije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Predvi\u0111eni period implementacije projekta je pet godina, a o\u010dekivani izvori finansiranja su op\u0161tinski bud\u017eet, krediti, javno-privatno partnerstvo i donacije.<\/p>\n<p>Priklju\u010denje toplotnog skladi\u0161ta na elektroenergetski sistem bi bilo kroz postoje\u0107u transformatorsku stanicu na lokaciji Rude\u0161, koja je udaljena oko 800 metara od predvi\u0111ene lokacije skladi\u0161ta &#8211; biv\u0161e fabrike sulfatne celuloze i papira.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja o jamskim skladi\u0161tima je ve\u0107 spominjana pre dve godine, kada su se vodili razgovori sa predstavnicima Elektroprivrede Crne Gore (EPCG).
