{"id":90582,"date":"2026-03-26T13:50:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T12:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=90582"},"modified":"2026-03-26T13:50:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T12:50:35","slug":"sad-produzile-rok-mol-u-za-pregovore-o-preuzimanju-nis-a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/sad-produzile-rok-mol-u-za-pregovore-o-preuzimanju-nis-a\/","title":{"rendered":"SAD produ\u017eile rok MOL-u za pregovore o preuzimanju NIS-a"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Kancelarija za kontrolu strane imovine (OFAC) ministarstva finansija Sjedinjenih Dr\u017eava odobrila je produ\u017eenje roka do 22. maja za pregovore o predlogu MOL grupacije da od Gazproma kupi njegov ve\u0107inski udeo u NIS-u.<\/h2>\n<p>Vi\u0161e od dva meseca nakon <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/mol-gazprom-neft-sastavili-osnovne-odredbe-ugovora-za-nis\/\">dogovora o osnovnim uslovima,<\/a> ma\u0111arska MOL grupa nastavlja razgovore sa Gaspromom. I ruski dr\u017eavni energetski gigant i njegova \u0107erka firma NIS u Srbiji nalaze se pod ameri\u010dkim sankcijama. One protiv NIS-a su suspendovane radi pregovora o akviziciji.<\/p>\n<p>MOL grupa je veoma zainteresovana za preuzimanje jedine rafinerije nafte i najve\u0107eg lanca benzinskih stanica u Srbiji. NIS tako\u0111e upravlja malim poljima nafte i gasa, uglavnom u Banatu.<\/p>\n<p>Prema ranijim najavama, plan je da MOL kupi NIS i njime upravlja putem zajedni\u010dke firme sa kompanijom Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) iz Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata. Pri tome, Srbija je predlo\u017eila da preuzme pet odsto nekada\u0161nje dr\u017eavne kompanije, \u010dime bi pove\u0107ala svoj udeo na skoro 35 procenata.<\/p>\n<p>SAD su prvobitno dozvolile pregovore do 24. marta. Ba\u0161 na dan isteka roka, MOL je saop\u0161tio da je Kancelarija za kontrolu strane imovine (OFAC) ministarstva finansija u Va\u0161ingtonu odobrila produ\u017eenje do 22. maja kako bi se \u201efinalizovao kupoprodajni ugovor\u201c, zajedno sa ostalom dokumentacijom.<\/p>\n<p>Eventualna transakcija podla\u017ee odobrenjima Vlade Srbije i OFAC-a.<\/p>\n<p>Gazprom dr\u017ei 56,2 odsto srpske kompanije preko dve firme: Gazprom Neft poseduje 44,9 procenata, dok Intelligence kontroli\u0161e 11,3 odsto. Vredi napomenuti da je ADNOC vlasnik 24,9 procenata austrijskog OMV-a.<\/p>\n<p>NIS je pre nedelju dana saop\u0161tio da mu je ameri\u010dko Ministarstvo finansija izdalo novu posebnu licencu za rad
