Njihov pristup za odre\u0111ivanje lokacija elektrana zasnovan je na sveobuhvatnoj metodologiji prikupljanja, analize i prezentacije podataka kako bi se one identifikovale. Sli\u010dne analizr su sprovedene za <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nuredini-vetroelektrane-solar-treba-graditi-na-degradiranom-zemljistu\/\">Severnu Makedoniju<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/sansa-za-investitore-u-solar-mapirano-100-najboljih-lokacija\/\">Srbiju<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Primarni proizvod studije je detaljno mapiranje potencijala za razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije \u0161irom Crne Gore, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i lokacije koje bi mogle da budu odre\u0111ene kao podru\u010dja za ubrzanje razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije (eng. renewable acceleration areas &#8211; RAA).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-89164 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-solar-TNC-eko-tim.jpg\" alt=\"crna gora mapiranje studija solar TNC eko tim\" width=\"740\" height=\"523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-solar-TNC-eko-tim.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-solar-TNC-eko-tim-500x354.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-solar-TNC-eko-tim-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-solar-TNC-eko-tim-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Analiza pokazuje da je na lokacijama sa minimalnim konfliktima mogu\u0107e razviti projekte \u010dija godi\u0161nja proizvodnja bi mogla dosti\u0107i i vi\u0161e od 21 TWh, \u0161to je \u010dak \u0161est puta vi\u0161e od trenutne godi\u0161nje proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije u Crnoj Gori, izjavio je izvr\u0161ni direktor Eko-tima Milija \u010cabarkapa, preneli su lokalni mediji.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u010cabarkapa: Koristite studiju<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On je pozvao institucije i investitore da ovu studiju ne posmatraju kao jo\u0161 jedan izve\u0161taj koji \u0107e se zaboraviti za par dana, ve\u0107 da je koriste kao alat za planiranje, dono\u0161enje odluka i stvarno ubrzanje odr\u017eive energetske tranzicije u Crnoj Gori.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.org\/en-us\/about-us\/where-we-work\/europe\/stories-in-europe\/smart-siting-renewable-energy-montenegro\/\">Studija<\/a> je identifikovala kombinovani kapacitet od 15.630 MW za fotonaponske elektrane na distributivnoj i prenosnoj mre\u017ei, koji bi bio instaliran na povr\u0161ini od 156 kvadratnih kilometara. Za vetroelektrane kapacitet je oko 650 MW na pribli\u017eno 65 kvadratnih kilometara.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Braunfild lokacije imaju ogroman potencijal<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ovaj potencijalni kombinovani kapacitet je pribli\u017eno 17 puta vec\u0301i od trenutnog instaliranog kapaciteta svih energetskih postrojenja u Crnoj Gori, navodi se u studiji.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-89166 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-vetar-TNC-eko-tim.jpg\" alt=\"crna gora mapiranje studija vetar TNC eko tim\" width=\"809\" height=\"1160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-vetar-TNC-eko-tim.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-vetar-TNC-eko-tim-500x717.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-vetar-TNC-eko-tim-768x1102.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/crna-gora-mapiranje-studija-vetar-TNC-eko-tim-209x300.jpg 209w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 809px) 100vw, 809px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Studija je ocenila braunfild lokacije, kao \u0161to su deponije, biv\u0161a industrijska postrojenja i kamenolomi, kao razumnu prvu metu za razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije. Njihova upotreba izbegava kori\u0161\u0107enje vrednijih prirodnih ili poljoprivrednih podru\u010dja i omoguc\u0301ava kori\u0161c\u0301enje vec\u0301 postojec\u0301e infrastrukture.<\/p>\n<p>Oko 346 MW solara mo\u017ee se instalirati na ovim lokacijama, sa proizvodnjom elektri\u010dne energije dovoljnom da zameni jednu trec\u0301inu trenutne proizvodnje iz termoelektrane na ugalj Pljevlja, tvrde autori studije.<\/p>\n<h3>Vejnovic\u0301: Nadam se da c\u0301e studija biti iskori\u0161c\u0301ena<\/h3>\n<p>Igor Vejnovi\u0107, programski direktor TNC-a za Jugoisto\u010dnu Evropu, rekao je da bi projekat trebalo da re\u0161i dve najve\u0107e ekolo\u0161ke krize \u2013 drasti\u010dni pad broja \u017eivotinjskih i biljnih vrsta i klimatsku krizu.<\/p>\n<p>On je naveo da je Crna Gora jedna od zemalja koja ima visok stepen biodiverziteta na evropskom i globalnom nivou. Vejnovi\u0107 je podsetio da su pre dve godine uradili sli\u010dnu studiju za Nik\u0161i\u0107, koja je predstavljala me\u0111ukorak.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>TNC je veoma aktivan u sprovo\u0111enju svog pristupa pametnog lociranja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Predstavljanju studije prisustvovali su i vr\u0161iteljka du\u017enosti direktorke Agencije za investicije Crne Gore Mirjana Koji\u0107, dr\u017eavni sekretar Ministarstva energetike i rudarstva Matija Medojevi\u0107, Aleksandra Bujaroska, vi\u0161i ekspert za upravljanje \u017eivotnom sredinom, izdavanje dozvola i planiranje Sekretarijata Energetske zajednice.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat\u00a0Montenegro Energy Growth and Acceleration (MEGA) podr\u017eala su nadle\u017ena ministarstva, me\u0111unarodne finansijske institucije i Sekretarijat Energetske zajednice.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, TNC je veoma aktivan u primeni svog pristupa lociranja elektrana na obnovljivu energiju.<\/p>\n<p>U februaru 2025. godine, TNC i Sekretarijat Energetske zajednice objavili su <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vodic-za-mapiranje-lokacija-projekata-za-vetar-i-solar-sa-minimalnim-uticajem-na-zivotnu-sredinu-i-ljude\/\">sveobuhvatan vodi\u010d<\/a> za identifikaciju i odre\u0111ivanje prioritetnih oblasti za razvoj obnovljive energije uz maksimalno smanjenje uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu i dru\u0161tvo.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cetiri meseca ranije, zajedno sa SolarPower Europe, TNC je pripremio dokument o politici kako bi istra\u017eio kako solarni parkovi mogu podr\u017eati ciljeve za\u0161tite i obnove prirode Evropske unije,
