Analiza pokazuje da je slovena\u010dki energetski sektor umereno ranjiv na nacionalnom nivou u trenutnim klimatskim uslovima.<\/h2>\n<p>Glavne pretnje energetskom sektoru su\u00a0 poplave, po\u017eari, oluje, klizi\u0161ta, susne\u017eica i vla\u017ean sneg, toplotni talasi i su\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>Procena klimatske ranjivosti i rizika za energetski sektor pripremljena je prema metodologiji IPCC AR5 i u skladu sa nacionalnim uputstvima Biotehnolo\u0161kog fakulteta.<\/p>\n<p>Najvec\u0301a pretnja energetskom sektoru su poplave, koje ugro\u017eavaju skladi\u0161ta goriva, trafostanice, distributivne mre\u017ee za elektri\u010dnu energiju i druge elemente lanca snabdevanja, saop\u0161tilo je Ministarstvo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Najva\u017eniji podsistem su te\u010dna goriva<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kori\u0161\u0107enjem ponderisanja procena je pokazala da su, s obzirom na trenutni energetski miks i stanje infrastrukture, najva\u017eniji podsistemi za funkcionisanje celokupnog sistema: te\u010dna goriva (34 odsto) i elektri\u010dna energija (33 odsto), zatim prirodni gas (18 odsto), \u010dvrsta goriva (deset odsto) i toplota (pet odsto).<\/p>\n<p>Ovo, kako se obja\u0161njava, odra\u017eava visoku zavisnost od uvoza te\u010dnih goriva i klju\u010dnu ulogu elektri\u010dne energije u svim sektorima potro\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupna ponderisana ocena ranjivosti za energetski sektor je pribli\u017eno 2,3 na skali 1-5, pri \u010demu podsektor elektri\u010dne energije ima najvec\u0301u ranjivost &#8211; oko 2,6. Sistemi distribucije elektri\u010dne energije, fotonaponske elektrane i putevi transporta i logistike goriva tako\u0111e pokazuju visoku ranjivost, pokazala je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energetika-portal.si\/dokumenti\/strateski-razvojni-dokumenti\/nacionalni-energetski-in-podnebni-nacrt-2024\/posodobitev-strokovnih-podlag\/prva-ocena-podnebne-ranljivosti-in-tveganj-za-sektor-energetike-na-nacionalni-ravni\/\">analiza<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ocene podsektora:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>podsektor elektri\u010dne energije (oko 2,6);<\/li>\n<li>snabdevanje te\u010dnim gorivima (oko 2,2),<\/li>\n<li>snabdevanje \u010dvrstim gorivima (oko 2,2),<\/li>\n<li>snabdevanje gasom (oko 2,0),<\/li>\n<li>snabdevanje toplotom (oko 1,9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na nivou pojedina\u010dnih elemenata, najranjiviji su mre\u017ea za distribuciju elektri\u010dne energije (3,5), mre\u017ea za prenos elektri\u010dne energije i uvoz (3), priprema ogrevnog drveta, drvne se\u010dke i peleta, kao i fotonaponske elektrane (ne\u0161to manje od 3); vozila\/cisterne za te\u010dna i \u010dvrsta goriva, benzinske stanice, i ostali obnovljivi izvori energije (2.5).<\/p>\n<h3>Identifikovani rizici \u0107e se poja\u010dati u buduc\u0301nosti<\/h3>\n<p>Procena, kako se isti\u010de, pokazuje da slovena\u010dki energetski sektor sadr\u017ei kriti\u010dne elemente \u010diji bi kvar mogao izazvati prekide u snabdevanju velikih razmera.<\/p>\n<p>Procena pru\u017ea stru\u010dnu osnovu i polaznu ta\u010dku za pripremu strategije prilago\u0111avanja klimatskim promenama i za formulisanje mera kao \u0161to su ja\u010danje otpornosti infrastrukture (mere za\u0161tite od poplava), prilago\u0111avanje planiranja novih objekata i uklju\u010divanje klimatskih rizika u strate\u0161ka dokumenta i investicione planove.<\/p>\n<p>Scenariji klimatskih promena, kako se nagla\u0161ava, ukazuju na to da c\u0301e se vec\u0301 identifikovani rizici poja\u010dati u buduc\u0301nosti, posebno poplave, oluje i vruc\u0301ine.
