Zahvaljuju\u0107i ovom projektu emisije sumpor-dioksida (SO2) bi\u0107e umanjene za oko 60 puta odnosno 98,5 odsto.<\/h2>\n<p>Trenute emisije SO2 <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/termoelektrana-kakanj-dobija-postrojenje-za-odsumporavanje\/\">termoelektrane Kakanj <\/a>iznose oko 9.000 miligrama po metru kubnom (mg\/Nm3). Zahvaljuju\u0107i projektu odsumporavanja, koji podrazumeva izgradnju zajedni\u010dkog postrojenja za blokove \u0161est i sedam, emisije \u0107e biti svedene na ispod 150 mg\/Nm3, gotovo 60 puta manje, saop\u0161tila je Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine (EPBiH).<\/p>\n<p>U EPBiH ka\u017eu da se projekat realizuje u skladu s direktivama Energetske zajednice kojima se nakon 2027. godine, nala\u017ee zabrana rada termoblokova bez postrojenje za <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/zavrsena-prva-proba-sistema-za-odsumporavanje-u-tent-u-b\/\">odsumporavanje<\/a> i denitrifikaciju, obavezama iz Nacionalnog plana za smanjenje emisija BiH (NERP BiH) i Strategije energetske tranzicije i dekarbonizacije JP Elektroprivreda BiH do 2050.godine.<\/p>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i ranije instaliranim hibridnim filterima, emisije pra\u0161ine svedene su na ispod 10 mg\/Nm3, \u0161to je, kako pi\u0161e u saop\u0161tenju EPBiH, zna\u010dajno ispod normi definisanih navedenim propisima. U planu je i izgradnja postrojenja za denitrifikaciju, \u010dime \u0107e i emisije azotnog oksida (NOx) tako\u0111e biti uskla\u0111ene sa propisima.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Za projekat denitrifikacije potrebno je 28,1 miliona evra<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8222;Iako ovim projektima omogu\u0107avamo rad blokova i nakon 1. januara 2028., dakle, proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz vlastitih izvora i toplotne energije za potrebe grijanja Grada Kakanj, za nas kao dru\u0161tveno odgovornu kompaniju najzna\u010dajnija dobit bi\u0107e ona koju \u0107emo osje\u0107ati direktno kada je u pitanju kvalitet \u017eivota. Zna\u010di, \u010di\u0161\u0107i zrak kao jedan od klju\u010dnih faktora o\u010duvanja\u00a0 javnog zdravlja i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine, i to je bitan faktor unapre\u0111enja na\u0161ih odnosa s lokalnom zajednicom&#8220;, istakao je generalni direktor EPBiH Sanel Buljuba\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2771\">Vrednost projekta odsumporavanja iznosi 126,4 miliona konvertibilnih maraka (62,8 miliona evra), a EPBiH ga finansira vlastitim sredstvima. Za realizaciju projekta denitrifikacije potrebno je dodatnih 55 miliona KM (28,1 milion evra). Nakon zavr\u0161etka ovih projekata, TE Kakanj bi\u0107e u potpunosti uskla\u0111ena sa evropskim direktivama i spremna za rad u narednih 20 godina, tvrde u EPBiH.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sprovodi se revitalizacija bloka sedam<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Radovi na odsumporavanju, koji se sprovode na dimnjaku visine 300 metara, trebalo bi da budu zavr\u0161eni do kraja ove godine. Paralelno se odvija i revitalizacija bloka 7, investicija vredna 80 miliona KM (40,9 miliona evra). Prema planu, revitalizacija bi trebalo da bude okon\u010dana do kraja maja 2026. godine, \u010dime \u0107e \u017eivotni vek ovog postrojenja biti produ\u017een za jo\u0161 15 godina.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3341\">Zbog svih navedenih aktivnosti, proizvodnja u TE Kakanj trenutno iznosi oko 40 odsto u odnosu na njene pune kapacitete, navodi se u saop\u0161tenju.<\/p>\n<h3>U toku su pripreme i za odsumporavanje u TE Tuzla<\/h3>\n<p>U nastojanju da obezbedi kontinuiranu proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz svojih termoelektrana na ugalj i nakon isteka roka koji propisuje Energetska zajednica, EPBiH se priprema i za projekat odsumporavanja termoelektrane Tuzla.<\/p>\n<p>Za ovaj projekat je potrebno 170 miliona KM (86,9 miliona evra). U toku je evaluacija ponuda sprovedenog postupka nabavke za realizaciju na Bloku 6 i priprema tenderske dokumentacije za sprovo\u0111enje projekta na blokovima 4 i 5.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cilj EPBiH je da do 2050. smanji ukupne emisije i do 80 odsto<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3854\" data-end=\"4094\">Cilj EPBiH je da do 2050. godine, uz modernizaciju postoje\u0107ih blokova i pove\u0107anje proizvodnje iz obnovljivih izvora, smanji ukupne emisije i do 80 odsto, \u0161to bi zna\u010dajno doprinelo smanjenju zaga\u0111enja, o\u010duvanju zdravlja i za\u0161titi ekosistema.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, emisije SO2 i dalje predstavljaju veliki problem za termoelektrane na Zapadnom Balkanu. Prema izve\u0161taju <em><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/termoelektrane-na-ugalj-na-zapadnom-balkanu-2024-zagadjivale-manje-ali-prekoracenja-i-dalje-ogromna\/\">Usaglasi se ili zatvori<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>organizacije Bankwatch, ove elektrane su u 2024. u vazduh ispustile \u0161est puta vi\u0161e SO2 nego \u0161to je dozvoljeno, dok su emisije PM \u010destica i NOx su u zbiru ponovo prema\u0161ile gornju zakonsku granicu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4452\" data-end=\"4667\">Termoelektrane u Bosni i Hercegovini su 2024. godine prvi put bile najve\u0107i zaga\u0111iva\u010di sumpor-dioksidom u regionu, sa ukupno 212.840 tona \u2014 \u0161to je 17,1 odsto vi\u0161e nego 2023. i \u010dak 11,3 puta vi\u0161e od dozvoljenog
