Operator distributivnog sistema je raspisao tender za izbor konsultanta koji treba da izradi plan za restrukturiranje, a rok za podno\u0161enje prijava je 28. novembar.<\/p>\n
Posao konsultanta ima\u0107e dve faze. U prvoj fazi potrebno je analizirati postoje\u0107i model poslovanja, a potom dizajnirati i razviti budu\u0107i model odr\u017eivog poslovanja EDS-a. U drugoj fazi konsultant \u0107e pru\u017eiti podr\u0161ku za implementaciju preporuka definisanih u prvoj fazi, kao i za implementaciju smernica proisteklih iz plana finansijskog restrukturiranja, navodi se u Tehni\u010dkoj specifikaciji projekta.<\/p>\n

Tokom prve faze, konsultant \u0107e analizirati postoje\u0107e poslovanje EDS-a, uklju\u010duju\u0107i finansijsko stanje, klju\u010dne poslovne procese, upravlja\u010dku strukturu i IT sisteme. Na osnovu toga, razvija\u0107e se ciljani model poslovanja i predlog finansijskog restrukturiranja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i scenarije i stres testove za ocenu otpornosti kompanije na mogu\u0107e izazove.<\/p>\n
U drugoj fazi, fokus \u0107e biti na implementaciji preporuka i predlo\u017eenog modela, uklju\u010duju\u0107i koordinaciju sa internim timovima, pra\u0107enje napretka, procenu efikasnosti promena i podr\u0161ku obukama zaposlenih. Poseban zna\u010daj bi\u0107e posve\u0107en i digitalizaciji, optimizaciji poslovnih procesa i unapre\u0111enju korisni\u010dkog servisa.<\/p>\n

Neki od elemenata poslovanja EDS-a koji treba da budu unapre\u0111eni su izdavanje i o\u010ditavanje brojila, kao i smanjenje gubitaka elektri\u010dne energije. Posao tako\u0111e uklju\u010duje mapiranje IT sistema i projekata koji su u funkciji unapre\u0111enja automatizacije i digitalizacije poslovnih procesa, navodi se u dokumentu.<\/p>\n
Od konsultanta \u0107e se o\u010dekivati i da izradi sveobuhvatan plan implementacije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i vremenske okvire, raspodelu resursa i strategije upravljanja projektnim rizicima, kao i da dostavlja redovne izve\u0161taje o napretku, uklju\u010duju\u0107i izazove i korake za njihovo prevazila\u017eenje.<\/p>\n
