Re\u010d je o samostalnim baterijama i baterijama koje su pridru\u017eene elektranama.<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/globalni-kapaciteti-za-skladistenje-u-baterijama-skocili-za-rekordnih-200-gwh-u-2024\/\">Baterijski sistemi za skladi\u0161tenje energije<\/a> su <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/baterije-u-nemackim-domacinstvima-imaju-snagu-115-gw\/\">hit<\/a> \u0161irom sveta, pa i region Jugoisto\u010dne Evrope nije izuzetak. \u010clanice Evropske unije iz regiona, poput <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/bulgaria-opens-public-consultation-on-subsidies-for-1-9-gwh-of-battery-projects\/\">Bugarske<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/rumuni-dodaju-hidroelektrani-djerdap-2-veliku-bateriju\/\">Rumunije<\/a> su daleko odmakle, a priklju\u010duju im se i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/bih-priprema-uslove-za-instalaciju-prvih-baterijskih-sistema-za-skladistenje-energije\/\">Bosna i Hercegovina<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/epcg-raspisala-tender-za-nabavku-dva-baterijska-sistema-za-skladistenje-energije\/\">Crna Gora<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/yess-power-uskoro-pusta-u-rad-prvi-veliki-baterijski-sistem-na-zapadnom-balkanu\/\">Severna Makedonija<\/a>, Srbija.<\/p>\n<p>Do 29. septembra Elektromre\u017ei Srbije (EMS) podneto je ukupno 12 zahteva za izradu Studije priklju\u010denja za samostalna <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/godisnjica-rada-prvih-baterijskih-sistema-kompanije-reib-iskustva-i-sve-veci-znacaj-standarda-bezbednosti\/\">skladi\u0161ta elektri\u010dne energije<\/a>, ka\u017ee za Balkan Green Energy News <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/elektromreza-srbije-koristice-softver-plexos-za-planiranje-investicija\/\">Neboj\u0161a Vu\u010dini\u0107<\/a>, direktor Direkcije za razvoj EMS-a.<\/p>\n<p>Od toga su, kako obja\u0161njava, dva zahteva stigla u januaru (interval za izradu studija 1. mart \u2013 30. jun 2025. godine), dok je u teku\u0107em intervalu (1. septembar \u2013 31. decembar 2025. godine) stiglo deset zahteva. Iz intervala 1. mart \u2013 30. jun 2025. godine od <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/investitori-traze-prikljucak-na-mrezu-za-prve-baterije-u-srbiji-ukupna-snaga-150-mw\/\">dva zahteva<\/a> u procesu priklju\u010denja ostao je jedan zahtev jer za drugi, firma Green BESS KV, nije dostavila bankarsku garanciju.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, EMS kao operator prenosnog sistema izra\u0111uje studije priklju\u010denja objekata na prenosni sistem svake godine u dva intervala.<\/p>\n<p>U procesu priklju\u010denja baterija za skladi\u0161tenje energije su trenutno slede\u0107e firme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MKBDP Energy<\/li>\n<li>Green Land New Energy (dva zahteva)<\/li>\n<li>Green Mountain New Energy<\/li>\n<li>BP WPP<\/li>\n<li>Blue BESS KV<\/li>\n<li>Red BESS KV<\/li>\n<li>Yellow BESS KV<\/li>\n<li>ENLIGHTNES PV OPERATIONS<\/li>\n<li>ENLIGHTNES PV PARK<\/li>\n<li>GridFlex.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na pitanje u kojoj fazi su ovi zahtevi, u EMS-u ka\u017eu da je baterija kompanije MKBDP Energy, Beograd, u procesu priklju\u010denja, dostavljena je bankarska garancija i o\u010dekuje se zaklju\u010denje Ugovora o priklju\u010denju.<\/p>\n<p>Za ostalih deset zahteva, dodaju, u toku je izrada studija priklju\u010denja koje \u0107e biti zavr\u0161ene 31. decembra.<\/p>\n<p>Samostalna skladi\u0161ta su planirana na teritorijama op\u0161tina Valjevo, Vranje, Subotica, Kova\u010dica, Vr\u0161ac, Leskovac, Kragujevac, Kru\u0161evac, Jagodina i \u0106uprija.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ukupno je u proceduri priklju\u010denje 55 skladi\u0161ta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ukupni kapacitet svih 11 samostalnih skladi\u0161ta je 2.981,98 MWh, dok njihova ukupna instalisana snaga 1.072,66 MW, navodi Vu\u010dini\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>U skladu sa Zakonom o kori\u0161\u0107enju obnovljivih izvora energije, kapacitet 44 skladi\u0161ta pridru\u017eenih elektranama, koje koriste varijabilne izvore energije, iznosi 2.917,31 MWh, dok ukupna instalisana snaga iznosi 948,46 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, ukupna kapacitet svih baterijskih skladi\u0161ta koja se trenutno nalaze u procesu priklju\u010denja je 5.899,29 MWh, a instalisana snaga 2021,12 MW, zaklju\u010duje Vu\u010dini\u0107.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekti samostalnih baterija zavise od investitora<\/h3>\n<p>Na pitanje kada bi prva baterija mogla da bude priklju\u010dena na prenosnu mre\u017eu u kompaniji odgovaraju da realizacija projekta zavisi od dinamike koju diktira investitor. Trenutno, baterijsko skladi\u0161te kompanije MKBDP Energy je pre\u0161lo najvi\u0161e koraka u procesu priklju\u010denja, dodaje Vu\u010dini\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>U EMS-u obja\u0161njavaju da realizacija projekata prema zahtevima koje EMS obra\u0111uje zavisi od investitora, i dodaju da je proces priklju\u010denja samostalnih baterijskih skladi\u0161ta definisan je Zakonom o energetici i prate\u0107im podzakonskim aktima.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pojava samostalnih baterija komplementarna je sa integracijom elektrana koje koriste varijabilne obnovljive izvore<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>EMS ne vidi prepreku za integraciju samostalnih baterijskih skladi\u0161ta u prenosni sistem i \u010dini sve da se to obavi na na\u010din prihvatljiv za investitora, uz o\u010duvanje sigurnog rada kompletnog elektroenergetskog sistema, poru\u010duju iz srpskog operatora prenosnog sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Pove\u0107anje broja zahteva za samostalna baterijska skladi\u0161ta elektri\u010dne energije EMS \u201cocenjuje pozitivno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pojava samostalnih baterija komplementarna je sa integracijom elektrana koje koriste varijabilne obnovljive izvore energije i, budu\u0107i da se o\u010dekuje priklju\u010denje velikog broja takvih elektrana, integracija samostalnih skladi\u0161ta poma\u017ee fleksibilnosti i sigurnosti elektroenergetskog sistema, poru\u010duje
