Kada se pogleda sektor tehnologija za \u010distiju energiju, najgore ocene za kr\u0161enje utvr\u0111enih tro\u0161kova i rokova imaju postrojenja za proizvodnju vodonika i hvatanje i skladi\u0161tenje ugljenika, kao i gasne elektrane, pokazali su rezultati najnovije studije Instituta za globalnu odr\u017eivost Univerziteta u Bostonu.<\/h2>\n<p>Prose\u010dna izgradnja energetskih projekata ko\u0161ta 40 odsto vi\u0161e nego \u0161to se o\u010dekivalo i traje skoro dve godine du\u017ee nego \u0161to je planirano, naveo je Institut za globalnu odr\u017eivost (Institute for Global Sustainability) Univerziteta u Bostonu.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su koristili originalnu bazu podataka koja je 50 odsto ve\u0107a od onih dosad kori\u0161\u0107enih i ispitali su rizike prekora\u010denja tro\u0161kova sa kojima su se suo\u010davala 662 projekta energetske infrastrukture u 83 zemlje izgra\u0111ene izme\u0111u 1936. i 2024. godine. Re\u010d je o investicijama od 1,358 biliona dolara i ukupnom kapacitetu ve\u0107em od 400 GW.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupno, studija je procenila deset vrsta projekata: elektrane na ugalj, naftu i prirodni gas; nuklearne elektrane; hidroelektrane; velike vetroelektrane; velike solarne fotonaponske i koncentrovana solarne elektrane; visokonaponske dalekovode; elektrane na bioenergiju; geotermalne elektrane; postrojenja za proizvodnju vodonika; i postrojenja za hvatanje i skladi\u0161tenje ugljenika (CCS).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Projekti za vodonik i CO2 pokazali su zna\u010dajna prekora\u010denja vremena i tro\u0161kova<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8222;Otkrili smo da je vi\u0161e od tri petine projekata do\u017eivelo prekora\u010denje tro\u0161kova, koji posebno bili izra\u017eeni kod projekata kapaciteta vec\u0301eg od 1.561 MW. pad.<\/p>\n<p>Zabrinjavaju\u0107e je, kako je naveo IGS, to \u0161to su i projekti za vodonika i CCS pokazali zna\u010dajna prekora\u010denja vremena i tro\u0161kova, \u0161to dovodi u sumnju njihovu sposobnost da se brzo pro\u0161ire kako bi se re\u0161ili klimatski problemi ili ispunili prioriteti energetske i klimatske politike.<\/p>\n<p>Prose\u010dna nuklearna elektrana ima prekora\u010denje tro\u0161kova izgradnje od 102,5 odsto i na kraju ko\u0161ta 1,56 milijardi dolara vi\u0161e nego \u0161to se o\u010dekivalo, saop\u0161tio je IGS.<\/p>\n<h3>Ozbiljno upozorenje za napore da se zna\u010dajno unapredi vodoni\u010dna ekonomija<\/h3>\n<p>&#8222;Zabrinjavajuc\u0301e je \u0161to rezultati predstavljaju ozbiljno upozorenje u vezi sa naporima da se zna\u010dajno unapredi
