{"id":80107,"date":"2025-05-07T16:22:39","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T14:22:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=80107"},"modified":"2026-06-04T14:22:07","modified_gmt":"2026-06-04T12:22:07","slug":"hep-ce-instalirati-prvu-plutajucu-solarnu-elektranu-na-jezeru-he-dubrava","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hep-ce-instalirati-prvu-plutajucu-solarnu-elektranu-na-jezeru-he-dubrava\/","title":{"rendered":"HEP \u0107e instalirati prvu plutaju\u0107u solarnu elektranu na jezeru HE Dubrava"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Hrvatska elektroprivreda priprema gradnju svoje prve plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane, snage 12 MW, na akumulacionom jezeru njene hidroelektrane Dubrava.<\/h2>\n<p>Dr\u017eavna kompanija <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hep-trazi-lokacije-za-vetroparkove-i-projekte-za-preuzimanje\/\">Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP)<\/a> je pored hidroelektrane ve\u0107 instalirala fotonaponsku elektranu Donja Dubrava, snage 9,9 MW, ali na zemlji. Kombinacija hidroenergije i solarne energije je sve \u010de\u0161\u0107a, i predstavlja vrstu hibridnih elektrana. HEP ve\u0107 gradi jedan <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/kinezi-pobedili-na-tenderu-za-gradnju-solarne-elektrane-korlat\/\">hibridni energetski park<\/a>, i to prvi u zemlji, a nalazi\u0107e se nedaleko od Benkovca.<\/p>\n<p>Kompanija je jo\u0161 2023. godine predstavila planove da izgradi <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/plutajuce-solarne-elektrane-smanjuju-temperaturu-vode-u-jezerima\/\">plutaju\u0107u fotonaponsku elektranu<\/a> u sklopu hidroelektrane Dubrava na reci Dravi. HE Dubrava ima kapacitet od 79,78 MW, dok je prose\u010dna proizvodnja, koja je zapo\u010dela 1989, 350 GWh.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Plutaju\u0107a fotonaponska elektrana ima\u0107e i barijeru protiv talasa i otpada<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>HE Dubrava je zadnja od tri vi\u0161enamenske hidroelektrane na Dravi koje, uz proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije, u\u010destvuju u snabdevanju vodom, odbrani od poplava, za\u0161titi zemlji\u0161ta od erozije, navodnjavanju, odvodnji, saobra\u0107aju. A, sada bi trebaloda u\u010destvuju i u dobijanju struje u solarnim panelima.<\/p>\n<p>HEP je sada Ministarstvu za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a i zelene tranzicije podneo zahtev za ocenu potrebe\u00a0 izrade procene uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu za svoj projekat plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane nedaleko od mesta Prelog, na severu Hrvatske.<\/p>\n<p>Fotonaponska elektrana bi trebalo da bude postavljena na plutaju\u0107oj platformi koja bi obuhvatala monta\u017enu konstrukciju, bove napunjene ekspandiraju\u0107om polistirenskom penom i konstrukciju za sidrenje, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/mzozt.gov.hr\/UserDocsImages\/UPRAVA-ZA-PROCJENU-UTJECAJA-NA-OKOLIS-ODRZIVO-GOSPODARENJE-OTPADOM\/Opuo\/OPUO_2025\/24_04_2025_Informacija_plutaju%C4%87a_SE_Dubrava.pdf\">zahtevu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Solarna elektrana \u0107e biti pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107ena za dno jezera na 62 mesta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Elektrana \u0107e imati i barijeru protiv talasa i plutaju\u0107eg otpada. I plutaju\u0107a platforma i barijera bi\u0107e pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107ene \u010deli\u010dnim u\u017eetima za dno jezera na 62 mesta.<\/p>\n<p>Planirano je postavljanje 19.812 fotonaponskih modula snage 615 W. Ukupno bi zauzela povr\u0161inu od oko 8,9 hektara.
