{"id":79762,"date":"2025-04-24T13:31:44","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T11:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=79762"},"modified":"2025-04-29T15:58:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T13:58:23","slug":"u-bih-u-razvoju-vetroparkovi-snage-38-gw-i-solarne-elektrane-od-125-gw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/u-bih-u-razvoju-vetroparkovi-snage-38-gw-i-solarne-elektrane-od-125-gw\/","title":{"rendered":"U BiH u razvoju vetroparkovi snage 3,8 GW i solarne elektrane od 12,5 GW"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>U razli\u010ditim fazama razvoja trenutno su u Bosni i Hercegovini vetroparkovi snage 3.800 MW i solarne elektrane kapaciteta 12.500 MW, navodi se u Indikativnom planu razvoja proizvodnje 2026 \u2013 2035. godina koji je pripremio Nezavisni operator sistema u Bosni i Hercegovini.<\/h2>\n<p>Javna rasprava o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nosbih.ba\/files\/2025\/04\/20250417-lat-Indikativni-plan-razvoja-proizvodnje-2026-2035.pdf\">Indikativnom planu razvoja proizvodnje 2026 \u2013 2035. godina<\/a> odr\u017ea\u0107e se 29. aprila u prostorijama Nezavisnog operatora sistema u Bosni i Hercegovini (NOSBiH) u Sarajevu.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj desetogodi\u0161njeg Plana je, kako je istakao NOSBiH da pru\u017ei informaciju o najavljenim projektima izgradnje novih proizvodnih kapaciteta koji \u0107e biti priklju\u010deni na prenosnu mre\u017eu. Plan bi trebalo da prioritetno uka\u017ee na zadovoljenje potreba BiH u elektri\u010dnoj energiji i snazi na bazi kori\u0161\u0107enja vlastitih resursa.<\/p>\n<p>NOSBiH isti\u010de da se trend apliciranja investitora za razvoj projekata iz obnovljivih izvora energije nastavio i u 2024. Na interesovanje, dodaju, nije uticalo ni zna\u010dajno smanjenje otkupnih cena elektri\u010dne energije tokom 2024, posebno u satima karakteristi\u010dnim za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz solarnih elektrana.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Smetnja za izvoz mogu da budu prenosni kapaciteti<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Uvidom u Registar podnijetih zahtjeva korisnika za priklju\u010dak na prenosnu mre\u017eu 110, 220 i 400 kV, koji izra\u0111uje Elektroprenos BiH, vidi se da se, pored projekata upisanih u Registar bilansiranih korisnika koji izra\u0111uje NOSBiH u razli\u010ditim fazama razvoja nalazi oko 3.800 MW instalisane snage iz vetroelektrana i oko 12.500 MW instalisane snage iz fotonaponskih elektrana, navodi se u Planu.<\/p>\n<p>Procena adekvatnosti je pokazala da pove\u0107avanje proizvodnje stvara mogu\u0107nost pove\u0107anja izvoza. Ukoliko se pretpostavljeni scenario pove\u0107anja proizvodnje ostvari, elektroenergetski sistem BiH \u0107e do\u0107i u poziciju da smetnja za izvoz budu prenosni kapaciteti, ukoliko se njihov razvoj desi prema planiranom scenariju, istakao je NOSBiH.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi aspekt na koji Plan skre\u0107e pa\u017enju su su balansni kapaciteti. Ukoliko se planovi razvoja proizvodnje budu odr\u017eali, sistem mo\u017ee do\u0107i u situaciju da balansnih kapaciteta ne bude dovoljno. Zato je neohodno paralelno sa razvojem proizvodnje razvijati i dodatne balansne kapacitete, savetuje se u Planu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Do kraja godine o\u010dekuje se priklju\u010denje solarnih elektrana snage skoro 100 MW<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Operator je podsetio da su u pro\u0161loj godini na prenosnu mre\u017eu u BiH priklju\u010dene \u010detiri solarne elektrane snage 206 MW (FNE Zvizdan 28,5 MW, SE Bile\u0107a 55 MW, FNE Hodovo 92,47 MW, FNE Deling invest 1 29,75 MW), kao i jedan vetropark VE Ivovik sa 84 MW. U februaru ove godine priklju\u010dena je i vetroelektrana Ivan sedlo (25 MW).<\/p>\n<p>Do kraja ove godine o\u010dekuje se pu\u0161tanje u privremeni pogon solarnih elektrana FNE Hodovo (F1-F4)\u00a0 sa 11,96 MW, FNE Brotnjo sa 9,98 MW, FNE Polog 1-8 od 7,99 MW, FNE Plavo sunce 1 i 2\u00a0 sa 40 MW i FNE Livno 1 \u2013 6 od 27,6 MW, naveo je NOSBiH.<\/p>\n<h3>Dok se ne izgradi prenosna mre\u017ea, re\u0161enje su baterije<\/h3>\n<p>Sli\u010dan trend priklju\u010denja elektrana na solar i vetar, kako se dodaje, mo\u017ee se o\u010dekivati i u 2026. Takav razvoj situacije, uz integraciju obnovljive energije na distributivnoj mre\u017ei, kao i priklju\u010denje sli\u010dnih elektrana u susednim zemljama, mo\u017ee potencijalno dovesti do zagu\u0161enja u prenosnoj mre\u017ei, kao i uslo\u017enjavanja upravljanja prenosnim sistemom BiH sa stanovi\u0161ta regulacije sistema.<\/p>\n<p>NOSBiH kao re\u0161enje, koje na srednjero\u010dnom vremenskom horizontu, do zna\u010dajnijeg investiranja u prenosnu mre\u017eu, mo\u017ee re\u0161iti oba potencijalna problema, vidi baterijske sisteme za skladi\u0161tenje energije. Operator je podsetio da je tokom drugog kvartala 2024. u saradnji sa Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) izradio studiju radnog naziva Operational Models for Battery Energy Storage Systems in the Balancing Market of NOS BiH.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Neophodno instalirati baterije snage 225 MW i kapaciteta 450 MWh<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primarni cilj ove studije bio je tehno-ekonomska procena potencijala baterijskih sistema za skladi\u0161tenje elektri\u010dne energije u BiH u svrhe balansiranja elektroenergetskog sistema sa dodatnim integrisanim kapacitetom vetra i sunca. Studija je trebalo da proceni ulogu baterijskih tehnologija u pove\u0107anju fleksibilnosti sistema i obezbe\u0111ivanju sigurne integracije obnovljivih izvora energije obezbe\u0111ivanjem dodatnih balansnih rezervi.<\/p>\n<p>Obavljena je procena dodatne potrebe za balansiranjem, kori\u0161\u0107enjem satnih profila proizvodnje vetroparkova i solarnih elektrana za instalisanih 1.500 MW solarne i 1.000 MW vetro energije. Studija je pokazala da je neophodno instalirati baterije snage 225 MW i kapaciteta 450 MWh, navodi se u Planu.<\/p>\n<p>Studija je istra\u017eila i mogu\u0107nosti stvaranja prihoda za baterijske
