Po njegovoj ra\u010dunici, udeo Kine u novoinstaliranim postrojenjima je bio ve\u0107i od dve tre\u0107ine! U toj zemlji se na kraju decembra nalazilo 45,8 odsto svetskog kapaciteta, a on je dostigao 1,14 teravata.<\/h2>\n<p>GWEC-ov <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwec.net\/reports\/globalwindreport\">Globalni izve\u0161taj o vetru <em>(Global Wind Report)<\/em><\/a> pokazuje da je 2024. uve\u0107anje sveobuhvatnog kapaciteta bilo rekordno, i to drugi put zaredom. To merilo je prethodne dve godine bilo u padu. Ovog puta su nova postrojenja donela 117 gigavata, u pore\u0111enju sa 116,6 gigavata 2023. godine. Svetski kapacitet iz vetra je narastao na 1,14 teravata.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, novih vetroelektrana na vodi je osam gigavata, a u prethodnom preseku je bilo 10,8 gigavata. Ta stavka je 2022. iznosila 8,8 gigavata, a rekord od 21,1 gigavata postignut je godinu dana pre toga.<\/p>\n<p>U novoj prognozi, ovogodi\u0161nji novi kapacitet je vi\u0111en na 138,2 gigavata, pa raste svake godine zaklju\u010dno sa 2030, kada se gradi neverovatnih 194,1 gigavat.<\/p>\n<p>Novi kapaciteti iz 2024. delimi\u010dno odstupaju od statistike koju je pre mesec dana objavila Me\u0111unarodna agencija za obnovljivu energiju <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/irena-vec-pola-svetskog-kapaciteta-solara-je-u-kini-turska-predvodi-uspon-na-balkanu\/\">(IRENA).<\/a> Naime, ona od bruto uve\u0107anja oduzme kapacitet demontiran date godine, a GWEC prikazuje samo \u0161ta je priklju\u010deno na mre\u017eu. Ipak, ukupni kapacitet vetroturbina na vodi, a gotovo sav je u morskom priobalju, 3,8 gigavata je ni\u017ei od GWEC-ovih 83,2 gigavata. Brojka za kopno je zanemarljivo ve\u0107a, za 1,1 gigavat\u00a0 \u2013 GWEC je izra\u010dunao 1,05 teravata.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_79748\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-79748\" style=\"width: 742px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-79748\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan-500x333.jpg\" alt=\"GWEC Novoinstalirani kapacitet vetroelektrana 2024 rekordan\" width=\"742\" height=\"494\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan-500x333.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan-635x422.jpg 635w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GWEC-Novoinstalirani-kapacitet-vetroelektrana-2024-rekordan.jpg 840w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 742px) 100vw, 742px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-79748\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Kapacitet instaliran svake godine, podeljen na kopneni i deo na vodi, sa slo\u017eenom godi\u0161njom stopom rasta \u2013 CAGR i udelom priobalnih elektrana (GWEC)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>GWEC upozorava na rizik od uve\u0107anja carina, ideolo\u0161ki motivisane napade na vetroelektrane i zelenu energetiku<\/h3>\n<p>GWEC je skrenuo pa\u017enju na sve ve\u0107u nestabilnost u pogledu zakona, propisa i energetske politike na nekim tr\u017ei\u0161tima i na potrebu da se unapredi postupak izdavanja dozvola kao i prenosna mre\u017ea i mehanizmi aukcija, da se odr\u017ei korak sa globalnim trendom elektrifikacije, ispune energetski i klimatski ciljevi dr\u017eava i umanji oslanjanje na fosilna goriva, \u010dije su cene podlo\u017ene naglim promenama, te da se ispuni ambicija dogovorena na svetskom nivou, da se kapacitet za proizvodnju energije iz obnovljivih izvora utrostru\u010di pre kraja decenije.<\/p>\n<p>Savet je istakao da su glavni brojevi zamaskirali velike disparitete, budu\u0107i da se najve\u0107i deo novih postrojenja nalazi u malom broju klju\u010dnih zrelih tr\u017ei\u0161ta, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Kinu i Evropu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0 Blakvel: Zaustavljanje projekata koji su ve\u0107 u izgradnji ugro\u017eava sigurnost investicija<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8222;Energija vetra nastavlja da pogoni ulaganja i zaposlenost, unapre\u0111uje energetsku bezbednost i spu\u0161ta tro\u0161kove za potro\u0161a\u010de, ali u nekim delovima sveta svedo\u010dimo sve neuravnote\u017eenijem ambijentu u domenu zakona i propisa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ideolo\u0161ki motivisane napade na vetar i obnovljive izvore i blokiranje projekata koji su ve\u0107 u izgradnji, \u0161to \u0161kodi sigurnosti investiranja&#8220;, izjavio je GWEC-ov generalni direktor Ben Blakvel.<\/p>\n<p>On je naglasio da \u0107e tek da se vidi kolika je \u0161teta od carinskih ratova i pozvao donosioce odluka da se pobrinu da tr\u017ei\u0161te bude stabilno, a trgovanje slobodno i pravi\u010dno.<\/p>\n<h3>Udeo Kine u globalnom kapacitetu se bli\u017ei polovini<\/h3>\n<p>Nove vetroelektrane su pu\u0161tene u rad u 55 zemalja. Kina je odr\u017eala svoju apsolutnu dominaciju: podigla je svoj kapacitet za 79,8 gigavata, \u0161to je 68,2 odsto ukupno registrovanog. \u0160tavi\u0161e, na kraju decembra je u toj zemlji bilo 521 gigavat iz vetra odnosno neverovatnih 45,8 procenata globalnog kapaciteta. Po podacima agencije IRENA, ta dva udela su iznosila 70,5 i 46,1 odsto.<\/p>\n<p>Sjedinjene Dr\u017eave su na planeti na drugom mestu, ali daleko ispod Kine: 4,1 gigavat su novi pogoni, a zbir se popeo na 154,3 gigavata. Po porastu slede Nema\u010dka (\u010detiri gigavata), Indija (3,4) i Brazil (3,3 gigavata), koji je prestigao \u0160paniju.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>SAD su na drugom mestu, ali daleko ispod Kine i po novom i ukupnom kapacitetu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/na-evropskim-aukcijama-za-projekte-vetroelektrana-2024-oboren-rekord\/\">Nove instalacije u Evropi<\/a> su 2024. iznosile 13,8 gigavata, nakon 14,5 gigavata prethodne godine. Kapacitet je narastao na 251 gigavat. U ovaj region spada i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/turkeys-renewables-failing-to-cover-power-demand-growth-despite-solar-boom\/\">Turska,<\/a> koja je sko\u010dila za 1,31 gigavat na <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/solar-park-of-46-6-mw-integrated-with-turkeys-fifth-largest-wind-farm\/\">13,7.<\/a> Novi kapacitet te zemlje je \u010dinio 1,1 odsto svetskog, \u0161to ju je uvrstilo me\u0111u prvih deset.<\/p>\n<p>Ne ra\u010dunaju\u0107i Kinu, obim dodeljen na aukcijama za vetroelektrane na kopnu i putem drugih mehanizama nabavke udvostru\u010den je 2024. godine, na dosad nezabele\u017eenih 53,5 gigavata, objavio je GWEC. U Evropi se popeo 24 odsto na 17 gigavata. Morski deo je tako\u0111e sru\u0161io prethodni rekord, sa svojih 56,3 gigavata. Nivo je bio <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/udeo-kine-u-novoizgradjenim-vetroelektranama-na-moru-2023-dostigao-71-odsto\/\">pribli\u017ean onom iz prethodne godine.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, na aukcijama je odobreno 1,9 gigavata kapaciteta. \u010cine ga 750 megavata iz tri francuska projekta, jo\u0161 toliko u Ju\u017enoj Koreji i 400\u00a0 megavata u Velikoj Britaniji, za <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/drzavni-gigant-gb-energy-kao-odgovor-na-znacajno-ucesce-stranih-kompanija-u-energetskom-sektoru-ujedinjenog-kraljevstva\/\">Green Volt.<\/a> To je najve\u0107a planirana investicija u proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz vetra plutaju\u0107im pogonima, za do 560 megavata.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna elektrana sa tri SGRE turbine, ukupno 25,2 megavata, pu\u0161tena je u rad u francuskim vodama. Zove se Provence Grand Large. Ostatak novog kapaciteta, 16,6 megavata, jeste jedna turbina kompanije Mingyang \u2013 OceanX, koja sada pluta pored pokrajine Guangdung. Nakon toga, po\u010detkom ove godine, China Railway Rolling Stock Corp.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/kineske-kompanije-srusile-tri-svetska-rekorda-novim-modelima-vetroturbina\/\">(CRRC)<\/a> postavio je plutaju\u0107u turbinu od d\u017einovskih 20 megavata na poligonu za testiranje na moru kod \u0160andunga.<\/p>\n<h3>Uzastopni podvizi u Kini u novim tehnologijama<\/h3>\n<p>GWEC je ukazao i na druge tehnolo\u0161ke proboje u Kini kada su u pitanju vetroelektrane. Pu\u0161ten je u rad odre\u0111en broj prvih turbina od 18 do 20 megavata, a na mre\u017eu je priklju\u010dena i grupa ma\u0161ina od po 16 megavata.<\/p>\n<p>Dongfang Electric je predstavio dosad najve\u0107u vetroturbinu na svetu. Ima 26 megavata i namenjena je za morske vetroparkove. Goldwind je u decembru proizveo prvi pogon od 22 megavata. Na kopnu je sve vi\u0161e modela od po deset megavata, a SANY je pritom instalirao svoj prototip od 15 megavata.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, taj kineski proizvo\u0111a\u010d u\u010destvuje na predstoje\u0107em <a href=\"https:\/\/belgradeenergyforum.com\/sr\/\">Beogradskom energetskom forumu (BEF),<\/a> 14. i 15. maja, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/beogradski-energetski-forum-2025-mesto-susreta-lidera-energetske-tranzicije-jugoistocne-evrope-14-15-maj\/\">gde \u0107e imati \u0161tand.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na Tibetu je izgra\u0111ena vetroelektrana na 5,200 metara nadmorske visine, \u0161to je do sada najvi\u0161a ta\u010dka.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>CRRC je po\u010detkom ove godine po\u010deo s testiranjem plutaju\u0107e vetroturbine od 20 megavata<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mingyang, poznat i kao Ming Yang, u februaru 2024. je prvi put upotrebio lopatice vetroturbina od 143 metra. Zatim su Goldwind i Sinoma Blades s uspehom okon\u010dali test stati\u010dkog optere\u0107enja elisa od 147 metara.<\/p>\n<p>SANY je otvorio najve\u0107i svetski simulator, za vrtoglavih 35 megavata.
