Za energetsku stabilnost Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine neophodno je pove\u0107ati proizvodnju uglja i razvijati gasnu infrastrukturu, poru\u010dio je Vedran Laki\u0107, ministar energije, rudarstva i industrije Federacije BiH.<\/h2>\n

U proteklih 15 godina proizvodnja uglja u Bosni i Hercegovini kontinuirano se smanjuje, \u0161to, tvrdi Vedran Laki\u0107<\/a>, ugro\u017eava kompletan energetski sistem.<\/p>\n

U narednih tri do pet godina mora da se pove\u0107a proizvodnja uglja kako JP Elektroprivreda BiH (EPBiH) ne bi morala da kupuje elektri\u010dnu energiju na tr\u017ei\u0161tu i time ugro\u017eava svoje poslovanje, preneo je portal Akta<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Laki\u0107 je naglasio da broj zaposlenih u EPBiH i rudnicima smanjen sa 10.291 na 5.500 i da svaki od rudnika ima negativan finansijski rezultat zbog slabih investicija u prethodnom periodu i smanjenja efikasnosti.<\/p>\n

Novi Kolektivni ugovor za rudare trebalo bi da pove\u0107a proizvodnju uglja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Klju\u010dno za o\u010duvanje energetskog sektora Federacije BiH je pove\u0107anje proizvodnje iz doma\u0107ih rudnika kako bi se osigurale dovoljne koli\u010dine uglja za termoelektrane, istakao je Laki\u0107.<\/p>\n

Podsetio je da je Vlada Federacije BiH dala saglasnost na novi dvogodi\u0161nji Kolektivni ugovor o pravima i obavezama poslodavaca i radnika u oblasti rudarstva u Federaciji BiH, koji donosi pobolj\u0161anja u primanjima i radnim pravima.<\/p>\n

Neophodno je graditi nove gasovode<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ugovor, prema njegovim re\u010dima, rudarima garantuje bolji status kroz linearni rast plata, uklju\u010duju\u0107i topli obrok, regres, prevoz i naknadu za Dan rudara. On o\u010dekuje da \u0107e pobolj\u0161anje materijalnog polo\u017eaja doneti ve\u0107u proizvodnju uglja.<\/p>\n

S obzirom na to da je uglja sve manje, prirodni gas je, kako je naveo, trebalo jo\u0161 pre deset godina da bude dostupan u celoj Federaciji BiH. Ali, gasna infrastruktura nije razvijena, dodao je ministar. Laki\u0107 je nedavno izjavio da \u0107e gas biti klju\u010dni energent u budu\u0107nosti<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Federacija BiH, podsetio je on, jo\u0161 zavisi od gasovoda koji u BiH ulazi iz Srbije kod Zvornika zbog \u010dega je neophodno graditi nove interkonekcije, Ju\u017enu, Severnu i Zapadnu.<\/p>\n
