Obnovljeni zamajac ima potencijal da otvori novu eru za taj segment, s obzirom na sna\u017ean rast potra\u017enje za elektri\u010dnom energijom, dodala je i procenila da bi investicije morale da se u periodu zaklju\u010dno sa 2030. udvostru\u010de na 120 milijardi dolara godi\u0161nje.<\/h2>\n<p>Me\u0111unarodna agencija za energetiku je u svom novom izve\u0161taju <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/the-path-to-a-new-era-for-nuclear-energy\">Put ka novoj eri za nuklearnu energiju (The Path to a New Era for Nuclear Energy)<\/a> ukazala na aktuelni impuls u formi novih zakona i propisa, projekata, investicija i tehnolo\u0161kog napretka, a pogotovo u sferi malih modularnih reaktora (SMR-ova). IEA je definisala glavne izazove i navela da oni moraju da budu re\u0161eni da bi se iskoristio i nadgradio aktuelni zamah i da bi se omogu\u0107io po\u010detak nove ere.<\/p>\n<p>Nuklearne elektrane su zaslu\u017ene za skoro deset odsto snabdevanja elektri\u010dnom energijom i po tome su drugi izvor niskougljeni\u010dne struje na svetu. Na vrhu tabele su hidroelektrane. Na mre\u017ei je skoro 420 reaktora, a u izgradnji je njih 63. Od 416 gigavata, koliko je instalirano, 288 gigavata je na teritorijama naprednih privreda, a u Kini je 57 gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Kori\u0161\u0107enje sve ve\u0107ih koli\u010dina elektri\u010dne energije \u2013 za napajanje svega mogu\u0107eg od industrijske proizvodnje do ure\u0111aja za klimatizaciju, elektri\u010dnih vozila i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/ekspanzija-sektora-nuklearne-energije-obezbedice-direktno-snabdevanje-data-centara-visokotehnoloske-industrije\/\">data centara,<\/a> usled uspona ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije \u2013 ubrzava rast potra\u017enje za strujom. Osim toga, u izgradnji je trenutno vi\u0161e od 70 gigavata, jedan od najvi\u0161ih nivoa u poslednjih trideset godina a vi\u0161e od 40 zemalja \u0161irom sveta planira da pro\u0161iri ulogu nuklearki u svojim energetskim sistemima, podsetio je.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/micotakis-grcka-razmatra-upotrebu-malih-modularnih-reaktora-za-ostrva-i-data-centre\/\">&#8222;SMR-ovi<\/a> imaju posebno <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nuklearni-startap-newcleo-planira-napredne-modularne-reaktore-u-slovackoj\/\">uzbudljiv potencijal rasta.<\/a> Me\u0111utim, dr\u017eave i industrija tek treba da prevazi\u0111u odre\u0111ene zna\u010dajne prepreke na putu ka novoj eri za nuklearnu energiju, po\u010dev\u0161i od toga da treba da sprovode nove projekte na vreme i po zadatom bud\u017eetu \u2013 ali i u pogledu finansiranja i lanaca snabdevanja&#8220;, naglasio je Birol.<\/p>\n<h3>Ve\u0107inu nuklearnog kapaciteta gradi Kina<\/h3>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina nuklearki se nalazi u naprednim privredama, kako ih je okategorisala IEA, ali mnoge su izgra\u0111ene jo\u0161 pre nekoliko decenija. U me\u0111uvremenu, globalna mapa se menja, budu\u0107i da je ve\u0107ina kapaciteta u izgradnji \u2013 u Kini. Ta zemlja je na putu da do 2030. prestigne i Sjedinjene Dr\u017eave i Evropu.<\/p>\n<p>Od 52 reaktora \u010dija je izgradnja po\u010dela od 2017, njih 25 je po kineskim projektima, a 23 su ruska tehnologija. Sli\u010dno tome, iz izve\u0161taja se vidi da su proizvodnja i oboga\u0107ivanje uranijuma geografski veoma koncentrisani.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Danas se vi\u0161e od 99 odsto kapaciteta za oboga\u0107ivanje nalazi u \u010detiri zemlje snabdeva\u010dice, a udeo Rusije u globalnom kapacitetu je 40 procenata i pojedina\u010dno je najve\u0107i. SMR-ovi, nuklearne elektrane manjih razmera koje je lak\u0161e izgraditi i uz mogu\u0107nost ve\u0107e u\u0161tede tro\u0161kova, izazivaju sve ve\u0107u zainteresovanost privatnog sektora.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>SMR-ovi \u0107e zavisiti od sposobnosti sektora da najkasnije 2040. spusti tro\u0161kove na sli\u010dan nivo kao za velike hidrocentrale i vetroelektrane na vodi<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Uz odgovaraju\u0107u podr\u0161ku, instaliranih SMR-ova bi do 2040. moglo ve\u0107 da bude 80 gigavata, \u0161to bi iznosilo deset odsto ukupnog kapaciteta nuklearne energije, po najnovijoj prognozi. Ipak, uspeh te tehnologije i brzina njenog uvo\u0111enja zavisi\u0107e od sposobnosti sektora da najkasnije 2040. spusti tro\u0161kove na sli\u010dan nivo kao za velike hidrocentrale i vetroelektrane na vodi, podvla\u010de autori i autorke izve\u0161taja.<\/p>\n<h3>Ga\u0161enje prestarelih reaktora potire gotovo celokupnu prognozu novih kapaciteta<\/h3>\n<p>Imaju\u0107i u vidu dana\u0161nje zakone, propise i mere i dinamiku tr\u017ei\u0161ta, uspon SMR-ova i izgradnja velikih reaktora jedva \u0107e nadma\u0161iti kapacitet u naprednim privredama koji \u0107e biti ga\u0161en usled zastarevanja odnosno isteka radnog veka. Tako je 2050. ukupni aktivni kapacitet tek malo ve\u0107i nego danas. Udeo nuklearne energije u strujnom miksu je bio najvi\u0161i devedesetih godina pro\u0161log veka, 34 procenta, a do danas se ve\u0107 smanjio na 23 odsto i stopa pada ne posustaje.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, instalirani kapacitet u Kini se pre polovine veka utrostru\u010duje, a u ostalim privredama u usponu i razvoju se duplira.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77744\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77744\" style=\"width: 636px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77744\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IEA-SMR-840x681.jpg\" alt=\"IEA SMR\" width=\"636\" height=\"516\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77744\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Broj SMR-ova po scenariju sa aktuelnim najavama za period 2025-2050. (IEA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Kapacitet po najoptimisti\u010dnijem scenariju prema\u0161uje jedan teravat najkasnije 2050. godine<\/h3>\n<p>Nova era nuklearne energije podrazumeva velike investicije. Godi\u0161nja suma \u2013 a ona obuhvata i nova postrojenja i produ\u017eavanje radnog veka postoje\u0107ih \u2013 pove\u0107ala se za skoro 50 odsto u trogodi\u0161njem periodu po\u010dev\u0161i od 2020, na preko 60 milijardi dolara.<\/p>\n<p>U scenariju ubrzanog rasta, godi\u0161nja ulaganja treba najkasnije 2030. da se udvostru\u010de na 120 milijardi dolara. Nuklearni kapacitet bi se tako pre polovine veka vi\u0161e nego udvostru\u010dio. U scenariju po kojem se neto emisije gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te elimini\u0161u najkasnije 2050. elimini\u0161u, godi\u0161nje investicije do 2030. dosti\u017eu vi\u0161e od 150 milijardi dolara, a ukupna aktivna snaga na polovini veka prema\u0161uje jedan teravat.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na obim neophodnog ulaganja u infrastrukturu, javne finansije ne smeju biti jedini oslonac novih nuklearnih projekata, objasnila je IEA.<\/p>\n<p>Agencija je skrenula pa\u017enju i na to da velika imena iz sektora tehnologije potpisuju ugovore o otkupu elektri\u010dne energije sa developerima za
