{"id":74092,"date":"2024-10-24T17:30:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-24T15:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=74092"},"modified":"2024-10-28T12:53:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-28T11:53:30","slug":"vlada-srbije-usvojila-prostorni-plan-za-rhe-bistrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vlada-srbije-usvojila-prostorni-plan-za-rhe-bistrica\/","title":{"rendered":"Vlada Srbije usvojila Prostorni plan za RHE Bistrica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Vlada Srbije usvojila je Prostorni plan podru\u010dja posebne namene sistema reverzibilne hidroelektrane &#8222;Bistrica&#8220; i hidroelektrane &#8222;Potpe\u0107&#8220; \u010dime je u\u010dinjen jo\u0161 jedan korak u realizaciji ovog, trenutno, najva\u017enijeg projekta u srpskoj energetici.<\/h2>\n<p>Prostornim planom se obezbe\u0111uje planski osnov za kori\u0161\u0107enje, ure\u0111enje i za\u0161titu podru\u010dja posebne namene sistema reverzibilne hidroelektrane (RHE) Bistrica i hidroelektrane (HE) Potpe\u0107 na delovima teritorije op\u0161tina Nova Varo\u0161, Priboj i Prijepolje, navodi se u uredbi o usvajanju Prostornog plana.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017enost RHE Bistrica, snage 628 megavata (MW), ogleda se pre svega u stvaranju uslova za integraciju varijabilnih obnovljivih izvora energije, kao \u0161to su solarne elektrane i vetroparkovi.<\/p>\n<p>U su\u0161tini ovaj tip elektrana radi tako \u0161to vodu iz donjeg jezera pumpa u gornje, kada je struja jeftina ili kada je ima vi\u0161ka u sistemu, a zatim koristi vodu iz gornjeg jezera da proizvodi struju, kada je najskuplja ili kada do\u0111e do poreme\u0107aja u proizvodnji ili potro\u0161nji struje. U slu\u010daju RHE Bistrica gornja akumulacija Klak \u0107e se formirati izgradnjom istoimene brane na reci Uvac, dok se kao donja akumulacija koristi postoje\u0107a akumulacija Potpe\u0107 na reci Limu, koja je formirana izgradnjom brane Potpe\u0107.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_74095\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-74095\" style=\"width: 771px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74095\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-obuhvat-podrucja.jpg\" alt=\"rhe bistrica prostorni plan obuhvat podrucja\" width=\"771\" height=\"559\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-obuhvat-podrucja.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-obuhvat-podrucja-500x363.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-obuhvat-podrucja-768x557.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-obuhvat-podrucja-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 771px) 100vw, 771px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-74095\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Podru\u010dje koje obuhvata Prostorni plan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Poslednjih godina u toku je priprema potrebnih studija, analiza, planova, jedan od njih je i Prostorni plan, a uporedo se vode razgovori i o na\u010dinu finansiranja.<\/p>\n<p>U maju je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/japan-odobrio-ucesce-agencije-jica-u-projektu-reverzibilne-hidroelektrane-bistrica\/\">saop\u0161teno<\/a> da su Vlada Japana i njeno Ministarstvo spoljnih poslova formalizovali u\u010de\u0161\u0107e agencije JICA u izgradnji RHE Bistrica. Du\u0161an \u017divkovi\u0107, generalni direktor Elektroprivrede Srbije (EPS), nedavno je izjavio da, zasad, sve ide po planu da elektrana bude <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/eps-mora-da-se-menja-ako-zeli-da-opstane-i-osigura-energetsku-bezbednost-srbije\/\">na mre\u017ei 2032. godine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>U Prostornom planu se navodi da bi se izgradnjom RHE Bistrica optimizovao rad EPS-a i umanjili ili re\u0161ili slede\u0107i problemi: nedostatak akumulisane energije i snage za pokrivanje vr\u0161nog dela dijagrama optere\u0107enja, zatim no\u0107ni vi\u0161kovi termo proizvodnje, optimizacija sistema Drinsko-Limskih hidroelektrana, balansiranje proizvodnje vetroelektrana i fleksibilnost sistema.<\/p>\n<h3>Veoma slo\u017een sistem<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_74096\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-74096\" style=\"width: 955px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74096\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil.jpg\" alt=\"rhe bistrica prostorni plan poprecni profil\" width=\"955\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil.jpg 1638w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-500x148.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-840x249.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-768x227.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-1536x455.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-300x89.jpg 300w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/rhe-bistrica-prostorni-plan-poprecni-profil-1320x391.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 955px) 100vw, 955px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-74096\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Popre\u010dni profil sistema RHE Bistrica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dispozicija sistema RHE Bistrica je, kako se navodi u planskom dokumentu, veoma slo\u017eena, kako u pogledu in\u017eenjersko-tehni\u010dkih karakteristika, tako i u pogledu hidrauli\u010dkih karakteristika.<\/p>\n<p>Prostorni plan predstavlja planski osnov za obezbe\u0111enje prostornih uslova za realizaciju sistema RHE Bistrica naizmeni\u010dnim zahvatanjem odnosno ispu\u0161tanjem vode iz planirane akumulacije Klak, koja \u0107e se formirati pregra\u0111ivanjem reke Uvac, i postoje\u0107e akumulacije Potpe\u0107, koja je formirana pregra\u0111ivanjem reke Lim.<\/p>\n<p>Planirani sistem transporta vode izme\u0111u ovih akumulacija obezbedi\u0107e se izgradnjom tunela i cevovoda.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Veza izme\u0111u dve akumulacije su tuneli i cevovodi<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sistem RHE Bistrica i HE Potpe\u0107 je izrazito kompleksan i sastoji se iz slede\u0107ih osnovnih delova: planirana brana i akumulacija Klak, ulazno\/izlazna gra\u0111evina u akumulaciji Klak, dovodno\/odvodni tunel sa sifonom i ispustom, diferencijalni vodostan, dovodno\/odvodni \u010deli\u010dni cevovod, ma\u0161inska zgrada, ulazno\/izlazna gra\u0111evina u akumulaciji Potpe\u0107, priklju\u010dno razvodno postrojenje sa priklju\u010dnim dalekovodima za RHE Bistrica i postoje\u0107a brana, hidroelektrana i akumulacija Potpe\u0107, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srbija.gov.rs\/prikaz\/826405\">Prostornom planu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, na ovom podru\u010dju je od 1960. do 1979. godine izgra\u0111en sistem Limskih hidroelektrana podizanjem brana i stvaranjem vi\u0161e akumulacija: Sjeni\u010dko, Zlatarsko i Radoinjsko jezero na Uvcu i Potpe\u0107ko jezero na Limu. Na ovim akumulacijama su izgra\u0111ene hidroelektrane Uvac, Kokin Brod, Bistrica i Potpe\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupna instalisana snaga ovog dela sistema je 211 MW, a prose\u010dna godi\u0161nja
