Crna Gora je uvela zabrane i ograni\u010denja za upotrebu plasti\u010dnih kesa i jednokratne plasti\u010dne ambala\u017ee. Za nepo\u0161tovanje novih zakonskih odredbi predvi\u0111ene su kazne od 1.000 do 40.000 evra.<\/h2>\n

Zakon o upravljanju otpadom u Crnoj Gori stupio je na snagu 20. aprila. Primena njegovih odredbi koje se odnose na plasti\u010dne kese<\/a> i plastiku za jednokratnu upotrebu po\u010dela je \u0161est meseci kasnije.<\/p>\n

Zakon predvi\u0111a zabranu upotrebe tankih kesa debljine od 15 do 50 mikrona. Za deblje plasti\u010dne kese, preko 50 mikrona, predvi\u0111eno je pla\u0107anje naknade od 0,03 evra.<\/p>\n

Ipak, kako pi\u0161e portal Standard,<\/a> u prodavnicama su drugog dana od uvo\u0111enja ovih propisa jo\u0161 uvek u upotrebi bile tanke kese, koje se uglavnom koriste za vo\u0107e i meso, a one preko 50 mikrona su ko\u0161tale 10 ili 15 centi.<\/p>\n

Sredstva od naknade upla\u0107uju se na ra\u010dun Fonda za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine i mogu da se koriste samo za finansiranje i kofinansiranje aktivnosti podizanja svesti i pru\u017eanja informacija javnosti o \u0161tetnosti upotrebe plasti\u010dnih kesa za \u017eivotnu sredinu.<\/p>\n

Nadzor nad sprovo\u0111enjem zabrane upotrebe plasti\u010dnih kesa sprovode tr\u017ei\u0161ni inspektori, za koje su definisana i posebna ovla\u0161\u0107enja. Kazne za trgovce koji ne budu po\u0161tovali zakon iznose od 1.000 do 40.000 evra, a za pojedince od 500 do 2.000 evra.<\/p>\n

\u010clanom 64 zabranjeno je stavljanje na tr\u017ei\u0161te proizvoda od oksorazgradive plastike, odnosno plastike kojoj su dodati aditivi koji u procesu oksidacije dovode do njenog raspadanja na mikroplastiku<\/a> ili hemijskog razlaganja.<\/p>\n

Zakon zabranjuje upotrebu jednokratne plastike<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Istim \u010dlanom zabranjeni su i plasti\u010dni proizvodi za jednokratnu upotrebu poput \u0161tapi\u0107a za u\u0161i (osim u medicinske svrhe), pribora za jelo, tanjira, slam\u010dica i posuda za hranu i napitke izra\u0111enih od ekspandiranog polistirena, odnosno stiropora. Fla\u0161e zapremine do tri litra \u010diji je glavni sastojak polietilen tereftalat (PET) tako\u0111e su zabranjene.<\/p>\n

Ipak, zakon ne zabranjuje upotrebu plasti\u010dnih kutija za pakovanje hrane, ni drugu ambala\u017eu<\/a> od stiropora.<\/p>\n

Iz Ministarstva ekologije, odr\u017eivog razvoja i razvoja sjevera poru\u010dili su da je cilj dono\u0161enja zakona stvaranje \u010distije i ekolo\u0161ki odr\u017eive Crne Gore. Njime su predvi\u0111ene i posebne naknade za odlaganje me\u0161anog komunalnog otpada kako bi se smanjilo odlaganje otpada na deponijama.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
