{"id":71649,"date":"2024-08-01T15:33:43","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T13:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=71649"},"modified":"2024-08-01T16:08:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T14:08:55","slug":"hep-nije-uspeo-da-dobije-subvencije-na-drzavnim-aukcijama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hep-nije-uspeo-da-dobije-subvencije-na-drzavnim-aukcijama\/","title":{"rendered":"HEP nije uspeo da dobije subvencije na dr\u017eavnim aukcijama"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Dr\u017eavna Hrvatska elektroprivreda nije uspela da dobije subvencije za gradnju solarne elektrane Korlat na aukcijama koje je raspisao Hrvatski operator tr\u017ei\u0161ta energije (HROTE).<\/h2>\n<p>HROTE je pre nekoliko dana <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hrvatska-dodelila-premije-za-elektrane-snage-420-mw\/\">dodelio premije<\/a> za solarne elektrane i hidroelektrane ukupne snage skoro 420 MW, \u0161to je manje od ponu\u0111ene kvote od 607 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP) planira da gradnju svoje najve\u0107e solarne elektrane, SE Korlat, instalisane snage 99 MW, po\u010dne ove godine, a da je 2026. pusti u rad. Me\u0111utim, na aukcijama HROTE-a nije uspeo da dobije podsticaje, preneo je <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.n1info.hr\/aktualno\/kako-je-hep-s-velikim-projektom-obnovljivih-izvora-izvisio-na-natjecaju-za-trzisnu-premiju\/\">Forbes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Razlog je, kako dodaju, to \u0161to su privatni developeri dali bolje ponude, ta\u010dnije tra\u017eili su ni\u017eu cenu za prodaju elektri\u010dne energije iz elektrana koje planiraju da izgrade.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>HEP: Ponudili smo cenu koja je unutar nivoa cene proizvodnje HEP grupe<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ponuda HEP-a, kako je saop\u0161tio HROTE, bila je ispravna, ali nije bila izabrana. U HEP-u ka\u017eu da kompanija optimizuje proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz razli\u010ditih izvora u odnosu na tr\u017ei\u0161ne cene elektri\u010dne energije.<\/p>\n<p>Na aukcijama HROTE-a firma Energetski park Korlat je predala ponudu za onu cenu proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije iz ove elektrane koja je konkurentna i unutar nivoa cene proizvodnje HEP grupe.<\/p>\n<p>Ali, dodaju u dr\u017eavnoj kompaniji, ponu\u0111ena cena je bila vi\u0161a u odnosu na druge pristigle ponude, koje su na kraju i popunile kvotu.<\/p>\n<h3>HEP je na aukcijama dobio premije za MHE<\/h3>\n<p>Ina\u010de, HEP je na aukcijama dobio premije, ali za drugi projekat. Dr\u017eavna firma \u0107e imati podsticaje za malu hidroelektranu (MHE) Peru\u0107a instalisane snage tri megavata.<\/p>\n<p>Fotonaponska elektrana Korlat bi\u0107e izgra\u0111ena pored istoimenog i prvog HEP-ovog vetroparka, koji je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hep-pustio-u-rad-svoj-prvi-vetropark-korlat-snage-58-mw\/\">pu\u0161ten u rad 2021<\/a>. Zajedno bi dve elektrane trebalo da \u010dine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/korlat-prvi-hibridni-energetski-park-u-hrvatskoj\/\">prvi hibridni park obnovljivih izvora u Hrvatskoj<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>SE Korlat bi trebalo da se finansira kreditima Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) i Evropske investicione banke (EIB).
