Po podacima Globalnog saveta za energiju vetra, 2023. je u rad pustila vetroelektrane na vodi ukupne snage 6,3 gigavata, \u0161to je 71 odsto ukupnog novoizgra\u0111enog kapaciteta u svetu. Taj sektor je na putu, ukoliko zakoni i propisi budu odgovaraju\u0107i, da u slede\u0107ih deset godina sko\u010di sa 75,2 na 487 gigavata, pokazao je godi\u0161nji izve\u0161taj.<\/h2>\n<p>Vetroparkove na moru o\u010dekuje istinski globalni rast, nakon \u0161to je 2023. bila druga godina po visini novoizgra\u0111enih kapaciteta, objavio je Globalni savet za energiju vetra (GWEC). <a href=\"https:\/\/gwec.net\/global-offshore-wind-report-2024\/\">U svom godi\u0161njem izve\u0161taju,<\/a> ta asocijacija je istakla da je unapre\u0111enjem klju\u010dnih delova pravnog okvira utrt put za ubrzavanje ekspanzije te industrije u narednih desetak godina.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupna snaga na mre\u017ei popela se za 10,9 gigavata na 75,2 gigavata. Pove\u0107anje je bilo 24 procenta ve\u0107e nego prethodne godine, a apsolutni rekord je postignut 2021, sa neverovatnim u\u010dinkom od 21,1 gigavata.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Evropa je imala rekordnu godinu, sa 3,8 gigavata, od \u010dega je polovina instalirana kod obala Holandije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/solar-vetar-pogurali-udeo-obnovljivih-izvora-u-elektricnoj-energiji-na-rekordnih-30-odsto\/\">Kina<\/a> je pro\u0161le godine bila dominantna, kao i u svim ostalim <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/solar-i-vetar-u-kini-2024-zajedno-preticu-elektrane-na-ugalj\/\">glavnim tehnologijama za energtetsku tranziciju.<\/a> Uve\u0107ala je snagu svojih priobalnih vetroelektrana za 6,3 gigavata, \u0161to je \u010dak 71 odsto novog svetskog kapaciteta, i dostigla 37,8 gigavata. Tako je \u0161est godina zaredom na vrhu tabele po ovom kriterijumu.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u017ei\u0161ta u razvoju bele\u017ee va\u017ene korake u svom sazrevanju, stoji u izve\u0161taju. Po GWEC-ovoj a\u017euriranoj desetogodi\u0161njoj prognozi, svetski kapacitet bi 2033, uz odgovaraju\u0107e zakone i propise, mogao da dostigne 487 gigavata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nemacka-2023-prva-u-evropi-u-iskoriscavanju-energije-vetra\/\">Za Evropu<\/a> je pro\u0161la godina bila rekordna, sa 3,8 gigavata novog kapaciteta u vetroparkovima na vodi. Holandija je zaslu\u017ena za polovinu i prestigla je Veliku Britaniju. U okviru vetroelektrana Hollandse Kust Noord (ukupno 760 megavata) i Hollandse Kust Zuid 1-4 \u2013 1,5 gigavat \u2013 pu\u0161teno je u rad 170 ma\u0161ina SG-11 DD kompanije Siemens Gamesa.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju 2023. je u azijskim vodama u pogonu bio 41 gigavat, a Evropa je imala 34 gigavata.<\/p>\n<h3>Glavne ko\u010dnice su inflacija, investicioni tro\u0161kovi, zagu\u0161enost lanca snabdevanja<\/h3>\n<p>Pro\u0161la godina je za sektor vetroelektrana na moru bila turbulentna s obe strane Atlantskog okeana, izjavio je GWEC-ov direktor za tr\u017ei\u0161ne podatke Feng D\u017eao.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Izazovi poput inflacije, uve\u0107anih tro\u0161kova na ime kapitalnih investicija i zagu\u0161enj\u00e2 u lancu snabdevanja doveli su do neizvesnosti u ovom sektoru&#8230; Uprkos barijerama isku\u0161enim 2023, dr\u017eave i firme koje razvijaju projekte ostaju odlu\u010dne u razvoju vetroelektrana na vodi, a srednjoro\u010dna perspektiva za globalno tr\u017ei\u0161te vetroelektrana na vodi ostaje nepokolebljivo obe\u0107avaju\u0107a&#8220;, izjavio je. Po projekciji, godine 2033. bi\u0107e na mre\u017eu priklju\u010deno 66 gigavata, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107e udeo tog segmenta u svim novim vetroparkovima iznositi barem 25 procenata, u pore\u0111enju sa sada\u0161njih devet odsto.<\/p>\n<h3>Segment plutaju\u0107ih vetroturbina u zaostatku u odnosu na ranije prognoze<\/h3>\n<p>U Norve\u0161koj su u okviru projekta Hywind Tampen od ukupno 94,6 megavata pu\u0161tene u rad preostale plutaju\u0107e vetroturbine, zbirne snage 35 megavata. To je najve\u0107a vetroelektrana tog tipa na svetu.<\/p>\n<p>Planeri i glavni igra\u010di u sektoru pola\u017eu velike nade u ovu tehnologiju, ali je u ostatku sveta pro\u0161le godine instalirano samo jo\u0161 tri turbine. U \u0161panskim vodama je izgra\u0111en probni model DemoSATH od dva megavata, dok je u Kini Mingyang na mre\u017eu podigao ma\u0161inu od 7,25 megavata za koju tvrdi da mo\u017ee da izdr\u017ei tajfunske udare, a Shanghai Electric je postavio vetrenja\u010du od \u010detiri megavata.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Plutaju\u0107e vetroturbine verovatno ne\u0107e dosti\u0107i potpunu komercijalizaciju pre kraja ove decenije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Plutaju\u0107e vetroturbine su na kraju 2023. zajedno davale 236 megavata na svetskom nivou. Od toga je 101 megavat bio u norve\u0161kim vodama, druga je Britanija sa 78 megavata, a slede Portugal (25), Kina (23), Japan (pet megavata) i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/francuska-dodelila-prve-svetske-fid-in-tarife-za-komercijalne-projekte-plutajucih-vetroelektrana\/\">Francuska<\/a> i \u0160panija sa po dva megavata.<\/p>\n<h3>Infrastruktura za plutaju\u0107e platforme nedovoljno razvijena<\/h3>\n<p>GWEC je procenio da \u0107e do potpune komercijalizacije plutaju\u0107ih vetrenja\u010da te\u0161ko do\u0107i pre 2029. ili 2030, dok je u ranijim izve\u0161tajima navodio da \u0107e to da se desi 2026\/2027. Tro\u0161kovi za ovakve projekte su ve\u0107i nego za konvencionalne turbine, sa temeljima stubova u morskom dnu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Makroekonomski izazovi poput inflacije i uve\u0107anih tro\u0161kova na ime kapitalnih investicija u\u010dinili su plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane jo\u0161 skupljima. Tehnologija plutaju\u0107ih platformi nije sazrela, a standardizacija u projektovanju plutaju\u0107ih platformi je i dalje na niskom nivou, \u0161to ote\u017eava firmama da ubla\u017ee rizik i tro\u0161kove u razvoju projekata. Raspolo\u017eiva lu\u010dka infrastruktura za proizvodnju platformi i sastavljanje nije dovoljna, a pove\u0107ana je potra\u017enja za plovilima za privezivanje za dno i usidravanje koja se koriste pri instaliranju&#8220;, dodali su autori i autorke.<\/p>\n<p>Smatraju da bi protekcionisti\u010dke mere u globalnoj trgovinskoj razmeni i obavezne kvote za doma\u0107u opremu i radnu snagu mogle da dovedu do zastoja u radu na projektima sa plutaju\u0107im platformama. GWEC je svoju prognozu izgradnje plutaju\u0107ih vetroturbina do 2030. revidirao nani\u017ee za 22 odsto, na 8,5 gigavata.<\/p>\n<h3>Rekordna godina po dodeljenim kapacitetima<\/h3>\n<p>Pro\u0161le godine je i kapacitet budu\u0107ih vetroelektrana na moru kojeg su vlasti dodelile investitorima bio najvi\u0161i do sada, 39,4 gigavata. Kina je odobrila 18,2 gigavata u okviru svog mehanizma po kojem se gleda paritet sa postoje\u0107im tro\u0161kovima elektri\u010dne energije iz mre\u017ee. Ostatak je raspodeljen kroz aukcije: 15,5 gigavata u Evropi, \u010detiri gigavata u Sjedinjenim Dr\u017eavama i 1,4 gigavata u Japanu.<\/p>\n<p>Nema\u010dka je dala saglasnost za 8,8 gigavata <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/bp-totalenergies-win-german-auctions-with-eur-12-6-billion-in-bids-for-offshore-wind-farms-of-7-gw\/\">na tenderu bez subvencija,<\/a> dok je Irska odr\u017eala svoje prvo nadmetanje za projekte vetroelektrana na moru, za 3,1 gigavat.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de regiona kojeg pokriva Balkan Green Energy News, GWEC je ukazao na napredak u zoniranju i pripremi aukcija u <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/romania-adopts-offshore-wind-energy-law-to-get-first-megawatts-in-2032\/\">Rumuniji<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/ppc-acquires-216-mw-pilot-offshore-wind-project-near-alexandroupolis\/\">Gr\u010dkoj<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/turkey-to-enable-wind-solar-power-projects-on-lakes\/\">Turskoj.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ovde treba dodati da je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/bulgarian-fishers-oppose-draft-offshore-wind-power-law\/\">u Bugarskoj<\/a> pro\u0161le godine predlo\u017een prvi zakon o sektoru vetroelektrana na moru. Me\u0111utim, ponu\u0111ena re\u0161enja su izazvala otpor lokalnog stanovni\u0161tva i za\u0161titnika i za\u0161titnica prirode, \u0161to je doprinelo padu sada ve\u0107 biv\u0161e vlade.<\/p>\n<p>Dalje, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/greece-bulgaria-romania-join-forces-in-offshore-wind-green-hydrogen\/\">Gr\u010dka, Rumunija i Bugarska<\/a> su otpo\u010dele <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/green-aegean-north-south-balkan-corridor-to-be-completed-by-mid-2030s\/\">saradnju<\/a> u domenu <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/manousakis-we-need-european-power-interconnection-network\/\">razvoja elektroenergetske mre\u017ee<\/a> radi integracije obnovljivih izvora energije, izme\u0111u ostalog i vetroparkova na vodi.
