Primena te tehnologije \u0107e pomo\u0107i razumevanju i kontroli sve ve\u0107eg broja hemikalija, od kojih je veliki broj toksi\u010dan, i smanjiti broj testiranja na \u017eivotinjama.<\/h2>\n<p>Od proizvoda za doma\u0107instvo do industrije, hemikalije su sveprisutne. Kako je kru\u017eenje prirodan proces, ove hemikalije dospevaju u vodu i ekosisteme, gde mogu da nanesu ozbiljnu \u0161tetu \u017eivotnoj sredini i ljudskom zdravlju.<\/p>\n<p>Ti negativni efekti nastaju uprkos velikom broju propisa i testiranja koja se vr\u0161e na \u017eivotinjama kako bi se otkrilo koje hemikalije su bezbedne. Samo u Evropskoj uniji se godi\u0161nje koristi vi\u0161e od dva miliona \u017eivotinja kako bi se ispo\u0161tovali razli\u010diti hemijski propisi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160vedski istra\u017eiva\u010di sa Tehnolo\u0161kog univerziteta Chalmers (CTH) i Univerziteta u Geteborgu razvili su AI metod koji pobolj\u0161ava identifikaciju toksi\u010dnih hemikalija zasnovan isklju\u010divo na poznavanju njihove molekularne strukture. Primena ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije je brza i vrlo isplativa, saop\u0161tili su. Ona mo\u017ee da odredi toksi\u010dnost u ranoj fazi razvoja hemikalija i samim tim smanji broj testiranja na \u017eivotinjama, tvrde autori studije.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Na tr\u017ei\u0161tu postoji vi\u0161e od 100.000 hemikalija<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8222;Na\u0161 metod je u stanju da predvidi da li je supstanca toksi\u010dna ili ne na osnovu njene hemijske strukture. Razvijena je analizom velikih skupova podataka iz laboratorijskih testova sprovedenih u pro\u0161losti. Metod je na taj na\u010din obu\u010den da pravi ta\u010dne procene za ranije neproverene hemikalije\u201c, ka\u017ee jedan od istra\u017eiva\u010da Mikael Gustavson.<\/p>\n<p>Po re\u010dima profesora Erika Kristijansona, trenutno na tr\u017ei\u0161tu postoji vi\u0161e od 100.000 hemikalija, ali je za samo mali deo njih detaljno utvr\u0111ena toksi\u010dnost po ljude ili \u017eivotnu sredinu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Procena toksi\u010dnosti svih ovih hemikalija kori\u0161c\u0301enjem konvencionalnih metoda, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i testiranje na \u017eivotinjama, nije prakti\u010dna. Istra\u017eiva\u010di su u svojoj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/sciadv.adk6669\">studiji<\/a> &#8216;Transformatori omogu\u0107avaju precizno predvi\u0111anje akutne i hroni\u010dne hemijske toksi\u010dnosti u vodenim organizmima&#8217; <em>(Transformers enable accurate prediction of acute and chronic chemical toxicity in aquatic organisms)<\/em> objavljenoj u \u010dasopisu Science Advances,\u00a0AI metod kojeg su razvili uporedili sa tri najkori\u0161\u0107enija ra\u010dunarska alata.
