Nacrti planova detaljne regulacije za ova dva projekta su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kikinda.org.rs\/index.php?language=cir&amp;page=servisi&amp;option=javniuvid\">na javnom uvidu<\/a> do 24. maja.<\/h2>\n<p>Lokacija za Solar Power Plant Delta je u katastarskoj op\u0161tini Banatska Topola na poljoprivrednom zemlji\u0161tu. Povr\u0161ina iznosi 180 hektara. Projektovana su tri <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/solarna-berba-prva-agrosolarna-elektrana-u-srbiji\/\">agrosolarna<\/a> polja na ukupno 157 hektara, uz razvodno postrojenje (110\/35 kilovata), koridor priklju\u010dnog dalekovoda od 110 kilovata i vezni elektroenergetski i opti\u010dki kablovi.<\/p>\n<p>Prema nacrtu plana, koji manjim delom zahvata i Ba\u0161aid, elektrana u ta\u010dki priklju\u010denja na prenosni sistem mo\u017ee plasirati snagu do 88 megavata. Stoodstotni vlasnik projektne firme je luksembur\u0161ka ispostava kineske kompanije Trina Solar, po podacima Agencije za privredne registre.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U planu je i izgradnja baterijskog skladi\u0161ta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>U okviru svakog od tri solarna polja elektrane <a href=\"https:\/\/tnsp104081-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/vladimir_vujovic_tnsp104081_onmicrosoft_com\/_layouts\/15\/onedrive.aspx?id=%2Fpersonal%2Fvladimir%5Fvujovic%5Ftnsp104081%5Fonmicrosoft%5Fcom%2FDocuments%2Fjavni%20uvid%2Fpdr%20solarna%20elektrana%20u%20k%2Eo%2E%20mokrin%20%2D%20brankov%20solar&amp;ga=1\">Solar Power Plant Delta<\/a>, paneli \u0107e biti postavljeni na \u010deli\u010dnu konstrukciju, izdignutu dovoljno da se zemlji\u0161te ispod koristiti u poljoprivredne svrhe, kao pa\u0161njak za sitniju stoku ili kao obradivo zemlji\u0161te za biljne kulture koje ne zahtevaju veliku osun\u010danost i ne rastu vi\u0161e od 60 centimetara kako ne bi ugro\u017eavale funkciju panela, navedeno je u nacrtu plana detaljne regulacije.<\/p>\n<p>Uz razvodno postrojenje bilo bi baterijsko skladi\u0161te energije, operativne snage 18 megavata i kapaciteta 36 megavat-sati, pi\u0161e u dokumentu.<\/p>\n<p>Nacrt plana detaljne regulacije obradio je South Banat Energy Hazelnut, registrovan u Pan\u010devu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Druga agrosolarna elektrana je predvi\u0111ena u Mokrinu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Drugi projekat, <a href=\"https:\/\/tnsp104081-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/vladimir_vujovic_tnsp104081_onmicrosoft_com\/_layouts\/15\/onedrive.aspx?ga=1&amp;id=%2Fpersonal%2Fvladimir%5Fvujovic%5Ftnsp104081%5Fonmicrosoft%5Fcom%2FDocuments%2Fjavni%20uvid%2Fpdr%20solarna%20elektrana%20u%20k%2Eo%2E%20banatska%20topola\">Brankov solar,<\/a> bio bi materijalizovan u katastarskim op\u0161tinama Mokrin i Kikinda. Podru\u010dje ima 18 hektara, a 97 odsto je poljoprivredno zemlji\u0161te.<\/p>\n<p>Maksimalna odobrena snaga koju solarna elektrana mo\u017ee predati u distributivni sistem iznosila bi 9,99 megavata, navedeno je u nacrtu plana. Solarni paneli i prate\u0107i objekti zauzeli bi 15 hektara.<\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0161ina se nalazi u okviru eksploatacionog polja ugljovodonika Mokrin. Fotonaponski pogon bio bi opremljen podzemnim elektri\u010dnim kablovima srednjeg i ni\u017eeg napona i opti\u010dkim kablovima. U okviru obuhva\u0107enog podru\u010dja predvi\u0111eno je razvodno postrojenje od 20 kilovolti.<\/p>\n<p>I ovde bi mogao da bude primenjen koncept agrosolara, napomenuli su autori nacrta.<\/p>\n<p>Instaliranjem solarnih panela koji u odre\u0111enom procentu propu\u0161taju sun\u010devu svetlost, omogu\u0107ava se za\u0161tita poljoprivrednih kultura od ekstremnih vremenskih uslova, napisali su. Postavljanjem solarnih panela iznad poljoprivrednih kultura ili kori\u0161\u0107enjem prostora za ispa\u0161u stoke spre\u010dava se potencijalni konflikt kori\u0161\u0107enja poljoprivrednog zemlji\u0161ta za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije, navedeno je u dokumentu.<\/p>\n<p>Izradilo ga je dru\u0161tvo za projektovanje Arhiplan iz Aran\u0111elovca.
