Nema\u010dka predvodi razvoj ovog sektora u Evropi, dok su na Balkanu u najve\u0107oj ekspanziji Gr\u010dka i Turska.<\/h2>\n<p>Evropa je 2023. uve\u0107ala svoj ukupni kapacitet proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije iz vetra za 18,3 gigavata, <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/intelligence-platform\/product\/wind-energy-in-europe-2023-statistics-and-the-outlook-for-2024-2030\/\">saop\u0161tio je WindEurope.<\/a> Od toga na EU odlazi 16,2 gigavata. To jeste rekord, ali je zato <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/novoinstalirani-kapacitet-iz-vetra-u-eu-2023-rekordan-ali-tempo-mora-da-se-duplira\/\">samo polovina<\/a> onog \u0161to treba graditi svake godine za ispunjavanje klimatskih i energetskih ciljeva.<\/p>\n<p>U Evropi je na kraju decembra na mre\u017ei bilo ukupno 272 gigavata, od \u010dega 87 odsto na kopnu, a ostatak <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/windeuropes-annual-event-to-be-held-in-bilbao-on-march-20-22\/\">na moru,<\/a> pokazuje godi\u0161nji statisti\u010dki izve\u0161taj ove sektorske asocijacije sa sedmogodi\u0161njom prognozom. EU je imala 220 gigavata, a odnos je 91 prema devet procenata. U Evropi je 79 odsto kapaciteta vetrofarmi izgra\u0111enih 2023. bilo na kopnu.<\/p>\n<p>Generalni direktor WindEurope-a D\u017eajls Dikson <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/proizvodjaci-vetroturbina-u-eu-izlaze-iz-krize\/\">ponavlja<\/a> da je perspektiva opet povoljna.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;U izdavanju dozvola je zahvaljuju\u0107i novim propisima EU do\u0161lo do pobolj\u0161anja. Rekordni obimi se dodeljuju na aukcijama i grade. A dr\u017eave su se obavezale, kroz <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/eu-objavila-plan-za-oporavak-ekspanziju-svog-sektora-vetroelektrana\/\">Paket za vetroelektrane<\/a> i Evropsku povelju o vetru, da oja\u010daju evropsku industriju vetra. Pa se industrija zauzvrat oporavlja. Evropski lanac snabdevanja za vetroelektrane po\u010dinje ponovo da ostvaruje profit i gradi nove fabrike potrebne za ispunjavanje ciljeva EU. Sada smo uvereni da mo\u017eemo da se pribli\u017eimo cilju EU da vetar najkasnije 2030. \u010dini 35 odsto elektri\u010dne energije, u pore\u0111enju sa dana\u0161njih 19 procenata \u2013 za \u0161ta Evropa mora da ubrza izgradnju mre\u017ea, kako bi priklju\u010dile sve nove vetrofarme&#8220;, izjavio je.<\/p>\n<p>Ova organizacija o\u010dekuje da \u0107e Evropa do 2030. uve\u0107ati ukupni kapacitet za 260 gigavata, od \u010dega EU dve stotine gigavata ili 29 gigavata godi\u0161nje. Zna\u010di da bi tom 27-\u010dlanom trgovinskom bloku zafalilo nekih 30 gigavata da dostigne 425 gigavata, \u0161to je neophodno da bi udeo obnovljivih izvora popeo na bar 42,5 odsto.<\/p>\n<h3>U Nema\u010dkoj je skoro \u010detvrtina novoinstaliranog kapaciteta<\/h3>\n<p>U Nema\u010dkoj je 2023. pu\u0161ten u rad najve\u0107i kapacitet, 3,9 gigavata, a ta zemlja ima najbolje rezultate i u ve\u0107ini drugih kategorija.<\/p>\n<p>Holandija je bila druga na spisku (2,4 gigavata), zahvaljuju\u0107i rekordno velikim novim pogonima na moru \u2013 1,9 gigavata. To su Hollandse Kust Noord (760 megavata) i preostalih 1,15 gigavata u okviru kompleksa Hollandse Kust Zuit iz \u010detiri dela. Ovaj potonji je sada najve\u0107a vetroelektrana na vodi na svetu. \u0160vedska je tre\u0107a sa 1,9 gigavata novog kapaciteta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Gr\u010dka je 2023. bila deveta u Evropi po ekspanziji sektora vetroelektrana, a Turska \u0161esta po ukupnom kapacitetu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de Jugoisto\u010dne Evrope, Gr\u010dka je svoj kapacitet uve\u0107ala za 543 megavata, \u0161to je \u010dini devetom na evropskoj listi, dok je Turska bila dvanaesta po redu, sa 397 megavata. Redosled im je druga\u010diji kad je re\u010d o ukupnoj snazi. U regionu kojeg prati Balkan Green Energy News, Turska je daleko najve\u0107a, sa 12 gigavata, i \u0161esta u Evropi. Gr\u010dka ima pet gigavata i dr\u017ei 14. mesto.<\/p>\n<p>Na vrhu tabele, Nema\u010dka je na kraju 2023. imala 70 gigavata na mre\u017ei. To je vi\u0161e nego dvostruko iznad vice\u0161ampiona, \u0160panije, sa 31 gigavatom.<\/p>\n<h3>O\u010dekuje se da \u0107e polovinu novoizgra\u0111enog kapaciteta 2030. \u010diniti postrojenja na moru<\/h3>\n<p>Kompanije postavljaju sve vi\u0161e turbina na moru. Pro\u0161le godine je u Evropi postignut rekord, sa 3,8 gigavata. \u0160tavi\u0161e, WindEurope o\u010dekuje da \u0107e 2030. biti instalirano gotovo jednako kapaciteta na moru i kopnu.<\/p>\n<p>Nove investicije u vetroelektrane na moru dostigle su 30 milijardi evra, a 2022. su iznosile samo 0,4 milijarde.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane u aukcijama u pripremi meri\u0107e se gigavatima<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kada je re\u010d o plutaju\u0107im vetroelektranama, Norve\u0161ka je priklju\u010dila preostalih 35 megavata u okviru postrojenja <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/otvorena-najveca-plutajuca-vetroelektrana-na-svetu\/\">Hywind Tampen.<\/a> To je tek uvod, jer \u0107e se u aukcijama koje pripremaju mnoge zemlje u\u010de\u0161\u0107e plutaju\u0107ih vetroelektrana meriti gigavatima.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u0161le godine je na aukcijama u ukupno 13 zemalja dodeljeno 27,3 gigavata budu\u0107eg kapaciteta, a 2022. je u\u010dinak iznosio 16,9 gigavata. Za vetroelektrane na moru je odobreno 13,6 gigavata, od \u010dega 8,8 gigavata u Nema\u010dkoj. Dvanaest zemalja je dodelilo preostalih 13,7 gigavata, za postrojenja na kopnu, a Nema\u010dka je i u tom delu prva, sa 6,4 gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Neki pogoni su do\u0161li do kraja svog radnog veka. U izve\u0161taju pi\u0161e da je kapacitet <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/kina-predlaze-standarde-za-reciklazu-vetroturbina\/\">turbina razmontiranih<\/a> pro\u0161le godine iznosio 736 megavata, ali je zato rekonstrukcijom dobijeno 1,4 gigavata. U Nema\u010dkoj je odnos bio 534 megavata prema 1,08 gigavata.<\/p>\n<h3>Gr\u010dka iznad proseka po udelu struje iz vetroelektrana u potro\u0161nji<\/h3>\n<p>Danska je zadr\u017eala najvi\u0161u poziciju u pogledu udela elektri\u010dne energije iz vetrogeneratora u potro\u0161nji struje, sa 56 odsto, a slede\u0107a je Irska, 36 procenata. Na Balkanu se najbolje kotira Gr\u010dka \u2013 20 odsto. To je jedan procentni poen vi\u0161e nego u celokupnoj EU, a jednak ukoliko se ura\u010duna Velika Britanija.<\/p>\n<p>Vetar je zaslu\u017ean za 14 odsto elektroenergetskog miksa Hrvatske i Rumunije, koje dele drugo i tre\u0107e mesto u regionu.<\/p>\n<p>WindEurope je tako\u0111e upozorio da projekti zbirne planirane snage vi\u0161e stotina gigavata \u010dekaju na odobrenja za priklju\u010divanje. Zastoj u \u0161irenju i ja\u010danju mre\u017ee je ugrozio rokove za pu\u0161tanje u rad. Vetroelektrane uglavnom koriste visokonaponske vodove \u2013 prenosnu mre\u017eu, a ne distributivni sistem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nema\u010dka predvodi ekspanziju u
