Kina je predlo\u017eila svoj prvi set standarda za recikliranje demontiranih kopnenih vetroturbina, na temelju kojeg namerava da pove\u0107a odr\u017eivost lanca snabdevanja u zelenoj energetici.<\/h2>\n<p>Otpad iz zatvorenih vetroparkova i solarnih elektrana obi\u010dno zavr\u0161ava na deponijama, a neadekvatna recikla\u017ea je jedan od argumenata koje \u010desto koriste kriti\u010dari proizvodnje energije iz obnovljivih izvora.<\/p>\n<p>Kineska Nacionalna uprava za energetiku (NEA) predlo\u017eila je set standarda koji daju prioritet recikliranju i ponovnoj upotrebi vetroturbina, a bilo bi zabranjeno njihovo odlaganje na deponije i spaljivanje.<\/p>\n<p>Standardni vek vetroelektrane na kopnu je od 20 do 25 godina. Izme\u0111u 85 i 90 odsto mase vetroturbine mo\u017ee ponovo da se upotrebi. Sastoje se od plasti\u010dne matrice i kombinacije vlakana, obi\u010dno staklenih ili ugljeni\u010dnih, koje oja\u010davaju odnosno armiraju strukturu.<\/p>\n<p>Kine upravo stavlja naglasak na recikliranje ovih kompozitnih materijala. U saop\u0161tenju su predlo\u017eene metode termi\u010dke obrade, tretiranja hemikalijama i fizi\u010dkog pritiska.<\/p>\n<p>Oprema i tehnologija treba da se usavr\u0161avaju paralelno sa pove\u0107anjem stope recikla\u017ee, kako bi se pove\u0107ala ukupna stopa iskori\u0161\u0107enosti resursa, stoji u objavi.<\/p>\n<p>Recikla\u017ea ostalih delova vetroturbine bi trebalo da uklju\u010duje \u200b\u200bfizi\u010dko mrvljenje i rezanje na male komade te kori\u0161tenje magnetskog sortiranja za ekstrakciju metala.<\/p>\n<h3>U Kini se tek formira tr\u017ei\u0161te recikliranja opreme za proizvodnju zelene energije<\/h3>\n<p>Standardizacija je predlo\u017eena ubrzo nakon \u0161to je kineska vlada, Dr\u017eavni savet, objavila nacrt politike za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine. Privredi je signalizovala da ubrzaju razvoj postrojenja za recikla\u017eu starih vetroturbina i solarne opreme, kao i baterija za elektri\u010dna vozila.<\/p>\n<p>Recikliranje rastavljene opreme je od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja jer smanjuje koli\u010dinu otpada, pobolj\u0161ava u\u0161tedu resursa i spre\u010dava zaga\u0111enje i kontaminaciju podzemnih ili povr\u0161inskih voda, poru\u010dilo je Greenpeaceovo predstavni\u0161tvo u Pekingu, uz napomenu da Sjedinjene Dr\u017eave i Evropska unija imaju sli\u010dne smernice.<\/p>\n<p>Potez Kine je dobar za po\u010detak, jer se tamo\u0161nje <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/kina-i-eu-ocekuju-da-do-2030-2035-rese-problem-reciklaze-vetroturbina-solarnih-panela-i-baterija\/\">tr\u017ei\u0161te recikliranja<\/a> opreme za proizvodnju zelene energije tek formira i potrebna je politi\u010dka podr\u0161ka, saop\u0161teno je.<\/p>\n<p>Potra\u017enja za odr\u017eivim re\u0161enjima za upravljanje otpadom \u0107e rasti uporedo sa kineskim sektorom obnovljivih izvora energije. <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/solar-i-kina-sampioni-2023-u-sektoru-obnovljivih-izvora-energije\/\">Kapacitet<\/a> vetroelektrana i solarnih farmi prema\u0161io je pro\u0161le godine jedan teravat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kina \u0107e do 2050. generisati najmanje 12,9 miliona otpada od vetroturbina<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di predvi\u0111aju da \u0107e od vetroelektrana na kopnu u Kini do 2050. nastati izme\u0111u 12,9 miliona tona i 23,1 milion tona otpada.<\/p>\n<p>Recikleri su pro\u0161le godine izvukli oko 60.000 tona metala iz opreme za energiju vetra i sunca, pokazuju podaci kineskog udru\u017eenja za recikla\u017eu. O\u010dekuje se da \u0107e kapacitet za recikliranje ove godine dosti\u0107i 100.000 tona.<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u 100 i 240 tona \u010delika, bakra, aluminijuma i staklenih vlakana mo\u017ee se dobiti iz svakog megavata demontiranih vetrogeneratora, u pore\u0111enju sa 60 do 80 tona bakra, aluminijuma i plastike iz svakog megavata iz solarnih panela, prenosi <a Post.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na najrazvijenijim tr\u017ei\u0161tima vetra u Evropi, najstarije vetroelektrane se ve\u0107 razmontiravaju. <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/elise-vetroturbina-moraju-do-2025-postati-sto-odsto-reciklabilne\/\">WindEurope<\/a> je 2021. godine pozvao Evropsku uniju da zabrani odlaganje elisa na deponije. <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vetar-promene-odrzivo-recikliranje-elisa-postaje-moguce\/\">U me\u0111uvremenu,<\/a> nekoliko <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vestas-razvio-tehnologiju-za-kruzno-recikliranje-elisa-vetroturbina\/\">kompanija<\/a> je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vestas-razvio-tehnologiju-za-kruzno-recikliranje-elisa-vetroturbina\/\">razvilo<\/a> metode za recikliranje lopatica, a <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/siemens-gamesa-instalirao-prvu-vetroturbinu-na-vodi-sa-reciklabilnim-elisama\/\">graditelji<\/a> vetroturbina su po\u010deli da ih <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/projekat-zebra-prva-vetroturbina-koja-moze-u-potpunosti-da-se-reciklira\/\">proizvode<\/a> od materijala iz kojih je lak\u0161e izdvojiti
