To je najbr\u017ea stopa rasta u poslednje dve decenije, ali i dalje je nedovoljna da se ti kapaciteti utrostru\u010de do 2030. \u0161to je cilj postavljen na konferenciji o klimatskim promenama COP28 pro\u0161log meseca, navodi se u izve\u0161taju Renewables 2023, koji je pripremila Me\u0111unarodna agencija za energetiku (IEA).<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Solarne fotonaponske elektrane \u010dine tri \u010detvrtine povec\u0301anja obnovljivih kapaciteta \u0161irom sveta, dok je Kina 2023. godine instalirala isto solarnih panela kao ceo svet u 2022. Rast solara u Kini iznosio je 116 odsto, a instalacije za kori\u0161\u0107enje energije vetra pove\u0107ane su 66 odsto, navodi se u Izve\u0161taju.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">IEA je saop\u0161tila da je 2023. bila 22. godina za redom u kojoj je postavljen rekord u rastu novih kapaciteta za zelenu energiju. Rekordan rast zabele\u017eile su Evropa, Sjedinjene Dr\u017eave i Brazil, ali je Kina, kako se dodaje, bila neverovatna.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Obnovljivi izvori energije c\u0301e do 2025. prestic\u0301i ugalj i postati najvec\u0301i izvor za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">IEA procenjuje da \u0107e globalni kapaciteti za obnovljivu energiju, ako se zadr\u017ee trenutne politike i stanje na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, dostic\u0301i 7.300 GW do 2028. Fotonaponske elektrane i vetar \u010dini\u0107e, kako je navela ova Agencija, 95 odsto rasta, a obnovljivi izvori \u0107e do 2025. nadma\u0161iti ugalj i postati najvec\u0301i izvor za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Ovakav rast doneo bi do 2030. povec\u0301anje globalnih zelenih kapaciteta za 2,5 puta u odnosu na sada\u0161nje stanje, \u0161to je manje od cilja trostrukog pove\u0107anja postavljenog na COP28, saop\u0161tila je IEA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Agencija smatra da vlade mogu da nadomeste razliku i dostignu 11.000 GW do 2030. prevazila\u017eenjem trenutnih izazova (neizvesnosti u politikama; nedovoljna ulaganja u mre\u017ee; administrativne barijere i problemi u izdavanju dozvola; nedovoljno finansiranje) i br\u017eom implementacijom postojec\u0301ih politika.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Fatih Birol, izvr\u0161ni direktor IEA, smatra da vlade imaju alate potrebne da dostignu postavljeni cilj. On je naglasio da su vetroparkovi na kopnu i fotonaponske elektrane trenutno jeftinije od novih postrojenja na fosilna goriva skoro svuda i jeftinije od postojec\u0301ih postrojenja na fosilna goriva u vec\u0301ini zemalja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">&#8222;Za mene je najva\u017eniji izazov za me\u0111unarodnu zajednicu brzo povec\u0301anje finansiranja i kori\u0161c\u0301enje obnovljivih izvora energije u vec\u0301ini ekonomija u razvoju i usponu, od kojih su mnoge ostavljene same sebi u okviru razvoja nove energetske ekonomije. Od toga \u0107e zavisiti dostizanje trostrukog pove\u0107anja obnovljive enegije&#8220;, poru\u010dio je Birol.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">Cene fotonaponskih panela smanjene su 50 odsto u 2023.<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"bs-BA\">U Izve\u0161taju se navodi da su cene solarnih fotonaponskih panela u 2023. sni\u017eene skoro 50 odsto u odnosu na prethodnu godinu, i to smanjenje tro\u0161kova i rast instalacija \u0107e se nastaviti.
