Plan je za \u010dak dve stotine megavata.<\/h2>\n<p>Projekat vetroparka VP Energokul u Srednjobosanskom kantonu u Federaciji BiH dobio je 2022. preliminarno odobrenje za povezivanje na prenosnu mre\u017eu. Lokacija je u koncesionom polju Ran\u010da \u2013 Dobreti\u0107i \u2013 Vitovlje Malo, predvi\u0111enom kantonalnim prostornim planom, na planini Vla\u0161i\u0107. Na njoj su u planu <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/ponovo-aktuelizovani-projekti-dve-vetroelektrane-na-planini-vlasic\/\">jo\u0161 dve vetroelektrane.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Investitor, Energokul, podneo je u oktobru zahtev za prethodnu procenu uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu svog projekta vetroelektrane od 200 megavata, odnosno da nadle\u017eni utvrde da li je potrebna studija. Firma je registrovana u obli\u017enjem Travniku.<\/p>\n<h3>Premalo vremena za \u017ealbe na odluku<\/h3>\n<p>Federalno ministarstvo okoli\u0161a i turizma je poslednjeg dana 2023. objavilo da je <a href=\"https:\/\/fmoit.gov.ba\/bs\/okolisne-dozvole\/javne-rasprave-i-javni-uvidi\/javni-uvid-u-nacrt-rjesenja-o-prethodnoj-procjeni-uticaja-na-okolis-energokul-d-o-o-travnik-za-projekat-izgradnje-ve-energokul-200-mw\">odlu\u010dilo<\/a> da studija nije neophodna. Zainteresovani imaju tek osam dana ukupno da dostave primedbe i sugestije.<\/p>\n<p>Ministarstvo je zaklju\u010dilo da ne\u0107e biti zna\u010dajnih uticaja na okolinu i zdravlje ljudi. Obavezalo je investitora da u toku rada postrojenja sprovede mere za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine. Izme\u0111u ostalog, da prati kretanje ptica i \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a. U odluci uop\u0161teno stoji da postoji mogu\u0107nost da kompanija plati na ime \u0161tete koju nanese okolini, ali ne i koliko i kome.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u0161titnici \u017eivotne sredine i lokalni sto\u010dari su 2015. protestovali protiv dodele koncesija za \u010detiri vetroparka na ovoj planini.<\/p>\n<h3>Prva faza je za 140 megavata<\/h3>\n<p>Energokul je ugovor o koncesiji potpisao 2016. godine s kantonalnim vlastima, za podru\u010dje od 28,3 kvadratna kilometra. U najnovijem dokumentu pi\u0161e da \u0107e se vetropark prostirati na 21,3 kilometra \u0161ume, planinskih livada i pa\u0161njaka.<\/p>\n<p>Firma namerava da postrojenje na Vla\u0161i\u0107u izgradi u dve faze, od kojih bi prva imala 140 megavata. Projekat predvi\u0111a 34 turbine pre\u010dnika najvi\u0161e 155 metara i snage do \u0161est megavata. Stubovi bi bili visoki do 102,5 metara, pi\u0161e u pomenutom zahtevu.<\/p>\n<p>Devetnaest ma\u0161ina je planirano da bude postavljeno na teritoriji op\u0161tine Dobreti\u0107i, 14 na strani Jajca, a samo jedna u op\u0161tini Travnik.
