{"id":63314,"date":"2023-10-13T17:51:25","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T15:51:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=63314"},"modified":"2023-10-18T09:32:27","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T07:32:27","slug":"agrosolar-moze-sam-da-ispuni-ambicije-eu-za-2030-za-solarnu-energiju","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/agrosolar-moze-sam-da-ispuni-ambicije-eu-za-2030-za-solarnu-energiju\/","title":{"rendered":"Agrosolar mo\u017ee sam da ispuni ambicije EU za 2030. za solarnu energiju"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Kada bi se u Evropskoj uniji i na zanemarivo malom delu poljoprivrednog zemlji\u0161ta istovremeno proizvodile i elektri\u010dna energija pomo\u0107u solarnih panela i hrana, to bi znatno doprinelo ispunjavanju ciljeva za 2030. u domenu obnovljivih izvora, zaklju\u010dio je Zajedni\u010dki istra\u017eiva\u010dki centar Evropske komisije u svojoj studiji agrosolara.<\/h2>\n<p>Kombinovanje poljoprivredne proizvodnje sa fotonaponskim sistemima \u2013 takozvani agrosolar \u2013 na samo jedan odsto kori\u0161\u0107enog poljoprivrednog zemlji\u0161ta u EU moglo bi da pove\u0107a instalirani iliti pik kapacitet za zapanjuju\u0107ih 944 gigavata. Brojke su objavljene u &#8216;Pregledu potencijala i izazova za agrosolar u Evropskoj uniji&#8217; <em><a href=\"https:\/\/joint-research-centre.ec.europa.eu\/jrc-news-and-updates\/agrivoltaics-alone-could-surpass-eu-photovoltaic-2030-goals-2023-10-12_en\">(Overview of the Potential and Challenges for Agri-Photovoltaics in the European Union.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>Izdao ga je Zajedni\u010dki istra\u017eiva\u010dki centar (JRC) Evropske komisije, a brojka je uzeta iz najizglednijeg scenarija za taj sektor.<\/p>\n<p>Solarni sistemi postavljeni na zemlji na isto tolikoj povr\u0161ini imali bi kapacitet od 1,8 gigavata. Radi pore\u0111enja, EU ima ambiciju da najkasnije 2030. dostigne 720 gigavata pika odnosno nominalne snage. Taj kapacitet ozna\u010dava maksimalnu proizvodnju jednosmerne struje. Na kraju 2022. je bio na 211 gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Iz samih solarnih panela izlazi jednosmerna struja, koja se zatim konvertuje u naizmeni\u010dnu za neposrednu potro\u0161nju ili predaju u elektri\u010dnu mre\u017eu. Mre\u017eni priklju\u010dci obi\u010dno imaju kapacitet koji je nekih 20 procenata ni\u017ei od nominalne snage postrojenja.<\/p>\n<p>Po Eurostatovim podacima, za poljoprivredu se koristi 158 miliona hektara. Od toga su 98 miliona obradive povr\u0161ine, 49 miliona hektara zauzimaju pa\u0161njaci i livade, deset miliona hektara su planta\u017ee, a na 290,000 hektara vrtovi, vo\u0107njaci, rasadnici i ostalo.<\/p>\n<h3>Naglasak na bezbednost snabdevanja hranom i pridobijanje podr\u0161ke javnosti<\/h3>\n<p>Ova studija tako\u0111e daje uvid u trenutnu situaciju u pogledu definicije termina agrosolar. Ova koncepcija je poznata i kao agrovoltaika, prema engleskoj igri re\u010di <em>agrivoltaics,\u00a0<\/em>a na tom jeziku se, na primer, koriste i varijante <em>agriphotovoltaics i agri-PV.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Znatan kapacitet se mo\u017ee instalirati na krovovima, u urbanim podru\u010djima, na lokacijama ranije kori\u0161\u0107enim u druge svrhe (braunfild) i na infrastrukturnim objektima i pored i izme\u0111u njih. Me\u0111utim, ra\u010duna se da \u0107e bar polovina snage iz tog sektora u EU do\u0107i iz postrojenja na zemlji u poljoprivrednim podru\u010djima, naglasili su autori. Postoje\u0107e velike i komercijalne solarne elektrane sa panelima nisko iznad zemlje ukupno imaju 92 gigavata i pokrivaju stotinu hiljada hektara, napomenuli su.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ipak, pri predstoje\u0107oj znatnoj ekspanziji fotonaponskih pogona moraju se uzeti u obzir uslovi za odr\u017eavanje bezbednosti snabdevanja hranom, a i pitanje podr\u0161ke javnosti, u pogledu uticaja na pejza\u017e i \u017eivotnu sredinu. Agrosolar nudi kompromisno re\u0161enje, mada s odre\u0111enom ekonomskom cenom&#8220;, istakao je JRC.<\/p>\n<h3>Agrosolar je ideja ve\u0107a od prostog pu\u0161tanja ovaca izme\u0111u panela postavljenih na tlu<\/h3>\n<p>Za razliku od konvencionalnih fotonaponskih sistema sa panelima montiranim pri tlu, agrosolar obi\u010dno podrazumeva postavljanje tih ure\u0111aja visoko iznad zemlje, na nosa\u010dima. To omogu\u0107ava rast <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/solarni-paneli-iznad-vocnjaka-doprinose-ustedi-vode-i-smanjuju-vrucinu\/\">useva, vo\u0107a, lekovitog bilja i trave i drugog rastinja,<\/a> a zemlji\u0161te je pristupa\u010dno za poljoprivrednu ma\u0161ineriju i stoku.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj pristup postaje sve popularniji, budu\u0107i da spaja poljoprivrednu delatnost sa proizvodnjom elektri\u010dne energije.<\/p>\n<p>Zamisao je da se na\u0111e <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/u-ekspanziji-su-solarne-tehnologije-za-koje-je-potrebno-malo-ili-nimalo-zemljista\/\">kompromis izme\u0111u energetske i bezbednosti snabdevanja hranom.<\/a> Iako je ve\u0107inom prepoznata kao jedan od naj\u010distijih izvora, solarna energija sa sobom vu\u010de i neka eti\u010dka i ekonomska pitanja, pogotovo kad je re\u010d o prizemnim solarnim plo\u010dama. Kriti\u010dari ukazuju na primere ugro\u017eavanja stani\u0161ta biljaka i \u017eivotinja i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/two-major-solar-power-projects-in-bulgaria-highlight-land-use-disputes\/\">protive se<\/a> zauzimanju <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/albania-to-draft-law-on-land-classification-for-agrisolar-plants\/\">obradivog zemlji\u0161ta.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, investitori \u0107e ponekad poku\u0161ati da razglase svoj projekat kao agrosolarni iako \u0107e samo pustiti stoku da pase travu izme\u0111u redova panela instaliranih na tlu. Ionako bi morali da kontroli\u0161u rast trave, \u017ebunja i korova, tako da je ova varijanta ni\u0161ta vi\u0161e od umanjivanja tro\u0161kova, a opet se zauzima zemlji\u0161te koje bi moglo druga\u010dije da se iskoristi.<\/p>\n<h3>Jo\u0161 nema zvani\u010dne definicije<\/h3>\n<p>Bez jasne definicije, uskla\u0111ene na nivou EU, prepreke za agrosolar ostaju velike, jer instaliranje takvih sistema mo\u017ee da dovede do promene u kategorizaciji zemlji\u0161ta, a to je bitno zbog prava na subvencije u poljoprivredi i oporezivanje, poru\u010duje JRC. Ova ustanova navodi jo\u0161 neke izazove: kako maksimalno uve\u0107ati proizvodnju struje bez slabljenja poljoprivrednih prinosa, a da uz to ne trpe ni za\u0161tita biodiverziteta i prirode, zatim kompleksnost postupka izdavanja dozvola i uslova za priklju\u010divanje na mre\u017eu, i skokove cena zemlji\u0161ta koji farmerima mogu da ugroze izvore prihoda i bezbednost.<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u ostalog, JRC preporu\u010duje da se agrosolar uklju\u010di u sistem podsticaja u energetici. Dalje, motivisanje ruralnih zajednica da u\u010destvuju u postupku planiranja i dono\u0161enju odluka je od klju\u010dnog zna\u010daja, pi\u0161e u
