Institut tako namerava da na svom primeru poka\u017ee sve koristi onoga \u0161to propagira, a to je dekarbonizacija, digitalizacija, energetska efikasnost, obnovljivi izvori energije.<\/h2>\n<p>Prva faza obnove poslovne zgrade\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/energetska-tranzicija-izazov-bez-povijesnog-iskustva-prvi-dio\/\">Energetskog instituta Hrvoje Po\u017ear (EIHP)<\/a> sa ciljem dostizanja standarda gotovo nulte energije (engl. nearly zero-energy building or zero-emission building &#8211; nZEB) je deo ve\u0107eg projekta &#8222;Osnivanje nacionalnog trening centra za zgrade gotovo nulte energije (nZEB)&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Centar \u0107e, kako je saop\u0161tio EIHP, raditi u obnovljenoj zgradi, za \u0161to je osigurano 1,6 miliona evra bespovratnih sredstava iz programa \u201cEnergija i klimatske promjene\u201d, u sklopu Finansijskog mehanizma Evropskog ekonomskog prostora za period 2014-2021. Projekt je zapo\u010deo u maju 2021, a zavr\u0161ava u aprilu 2024.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Obnova se sprovodi u dve faze<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Margareta Zidar iz EIHP-a, glavni projektant zgrade, pojasnila je da \u0107e unapre\u0111enje zgrade biti sprovedeno u dve faze. U prvoj \u0107e biti uveden sedam puta efikasniji sistem rasvete, 30 odsto potro\u0161ene energije bi\u0107e proizvedeno na lokaciji zgrade putem fotonaponskih panela snage 50 kW, a bi\u0107e instaliran i novi razvod sistema grejanja, hla\u0111enja i mehani\u010dke ventilacije sa regeneracijom toplote.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-62529 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Energetski-institut-Hrvoje-Pozar-nzeb-standard-zgrada.jpg\" alt=\"Energetski institut Hrvoje Pozar nzeb standard zgrada\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Energetski-institut-Hrvoje-Pozar-nzeb-standard-zgrada.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Energetski-institut-Hrvoje-Pozar-nzeb-standard-zgrada-500x256.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Energetski-institut-Hrvoje-Pozar-nzeb-standard-zgrada-768x393.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Energetski-institut-Hrvoje-Pozar-nzeb-standard-zgrada-300x154.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zatim, svi \u0107e tehni\u010dki sistemi biti digitalizovani i njima \u0107e se upravljati novim sistemom automatizacije prema okupiranosti prostora te parametrima ugodnosti za temperaturu, koncentraciju CO2 i intenzitet osvetljenosti, a bi\u0107e i pripremljeni za razmenu energije sa mre\u017eom.<\/p>\n<p>Prema na\u0161im analizama, u prvoj fazi \u0107emo imati 65 odsto manji tro\u0161ak energije, rekla je Zidar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mogu\u0107e smanjenje potro\u0161nje energije deset puta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Druga faza je ugradnja toplotne pumpe voda-voda koja \u0107e koristiti podzemnu vodu kao izvor energije, \u010dime \u0107e EIHP gotovo svu potrebnu energiju proizvoditi na lokaciji zgrade.<\/p>\n<p>Analize Instituta, kako ka\u017ee Zidar, pokazuju da sada\u0161nju potro\u0161nju energije mo\u017ee smanjiti \u010dak deset puta.<\/p>\n<p>Trenutno je godi\u0161nja potro\u0161nja oko 320 MWh energije, a sa svim optimalnim merama procenjujemo da \u0107e biti oko 32 MWh, dodala je ona.<\/p>\n<h3>Jak\u0161i\u0107: Cilj je postati pokazni primer zelene i digitalne tranzicije<\/h3>\n<p>Direktor EIHP-a Dra\u017een Jak\u0161i\u0107 rekao je da \u017eele i svojim primerom pokazali put kojim treba i\u0107i prema dekarbonizaciji u sektoru zgradarstva. Glavni je cilj uspostaviti nacionalni trening-centar i postati pokazni primer zelene i digitalne tranzicije, naglasio je on.<\/p>\n<p>Nacionalni trening-centar je program edukacije klju\u010dnih u\u010desnika u procesu nZEB obnove koji po\u010dinje krajem ovog meseca.
