Op\u0161tina Probi\u0161tip u Severnoj Makedoniji \u0107e potra\u017eiti investitora koji bi sanirao rudarsko jalovi\u0161te i izgradio solarnu elektranu.<\/h2>\n

Vlasti u op\u0161tini Probi\u0161tip spremaju plan za instaliranje fotonaponskog pogona kojim bi ujedno re\u0161ile vi\u0161edecenijsku opasnost po javno zdravlje. Ina\u010de, kompanija TAB Mak je krajem pro\u0161le godine na teritoriji ovog industrijskog gradi\u0107a pustio u rad solarnu elektranu za napajanje svoje fabrike olovnih akumulatora,<\/a> a grupacija BIG Shopping Centers<\/a> preko svog ogranka BIG Energia Holdings razvija projekte dva takva postrojenja.<\/p>\n

Naredni korak u energetskoj i privrednoj tranziciji je sanacija lokacije ranijeg odlagali\u0161ta jalovine iz rudnika olova i cinka. Probi\u0161tip je izlo\u017een zaga\u0111enoj vodi sa ove lokacije, koja je na samo nekoliko stotina metara od grada, a i toksi\u010dnoj pra\u0161ini koju raznosi vetar.<\/p>\n

Ukoliko ne prona\u0111e investitora koji bi sanaciju obavio o svom tro\u0161ku, lokalna samouprava \u0107e tra\u017eiti sredstva od Vlade Severne Makedonije i iz stranih fondova<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Op\u0161tinski savet je pokrenuo postupak izmene prostornih planova. Zamisao je da se jalovi\u0161te preuredi i da se stanovni\u0161tvo i \u017eivotna sredina za\u0161tite od te\u0161kih metala, izme\u0111u ostalog pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanjem ocednih voda. U drugoj fazi bi na nekoliko hektara bila postavljena solarna elektrana.<\/p>\n

Lokalna samouprava je ranije objavila da \u0107e, ukoliko ne prona\u0111e investitora koji bi sanaciju obavio o svom tro\u0161ku, tra\u017eiti sredstva iz dr\u017eavnog bud\u017eeta i iz stranih fondova. Vlada je jo\u0161 2010. pripremila idejni projekat za tu lokaciju na istoku dr\u017eave, a u me\u0111uvremenu je sastavljeno vi\u0161e sli\u010dnih planova.<\/p>\n

Stanovni\u0161tvo Probi\u0161tipa je izlo\u017eeno olovu, kadmijumu, bakru i drugim te\u0161kim metalima<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Probi\u0161tip pamti incident iz 1976, kada je jalovina probila branu i u okolne vodotokove se razlilo 150.000 kubnih metara zaga\u0111ene vode i blata. Procenjuje se da je na napu\u0161tenom jalovi\u0161tu \u0161est miliona kubika materijala punog olova, kadmijuma, cinka, bakra i magnezijuma. U bunarima i izvorima u oblasti sa 29 sela svojevremeno su tako\u0111e prona\u0111ene prekomerne koncentracije arsena i nikla.<\/p>\n
