Ma\u0111arska energetska kompanija MVM ima ve\u0107inski udeo u zajedni\u010dkom preduze\u0107u sa Srbijagasom, koje \u0107e se baviti trgovinom gasa u Srbiji i regionu, rekli su za Politiku u Ministarstvu rudarstva i energetike Republike Srbije. MVM ima 51% u\u010de\u0161\u0107a u firmi Serbhungas, a srpska gasna kompanija preostalih 49%.<\/h2>\n

MVM i Srbijagas su ugovor o osnivanju zajedni\u010dkog preduze\u0107a potpisali<\/a> pro\u0161le nedelje na Pali\u0107u, nakon prve sednice Strate\u0161kog saveta za saradnju Srbije i Ma\u0111arske.<\/p>\n

Kako je re\u010deno Politici u ministarstvu, obe kompanije ula\u017eu osnovni kapital, a odluke \u0107e donositi zajedni\u010dki. Ranije je objavljeno da \u0107e sedi\u0161te zajedni\u010dkog preduze\u0107a za trgovinu gasom biti u Novom Sadu.<\/p>\n

MVM se bavi proizvodnjom, distribucijom i trgovinom elektri\u010dnom energijom, ali je prisutan i u sektoru gasa. U sastavu kompanije se nalazi i nuklearna elektrana Paks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Srbija, preko Srbijagasa, ve\u0107 ima saradnju sa Ma\u0111arskom po pitanju skladi\u0161tenja gasa. Politika podse\u0107a da Srbijagas ima zaklju\u010dene ugovore za skladi\u0161tenje gasa u Ma\u0111arskoj na godinu dana, odnosno za sezonu 2023\/2024.<\/p>\n

Prilikom potpisivanja ugovora o osnivanju zajedni\u010dkog preduze\u0107a MVM-a i Srbijagasa pro\u0161le nedelje, predsednik Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107 je rekao da je Srbija zahvaljuju\u0107i Ma\u0111arskoj mogla mirno da pre\u017eivi prethodnu zimu, jer je imala dovoljne rezerve gasa.<\/p>\n

On je dodao da sada za potrebe Srbije ima 560 miliona kubnih metara gasa u skladi\u0161tima i da te koli\u010dine pru\u017eaju sigurnost i za predstoje\u0107u zimu.<\/p>\n

Srbija i Ma\u0111arska planiraju i zajedni\u010dki naftovod<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me\u0111u dokumentima koji potpisani na sastanku na Pali\u0107u je i memorandum o razumevanju o izgradnji naftovoda Ma\u0111arska-Srbija. Ministarstvo rudarstva i energetike je tada saop\u0161tilo da \u0107e srpski deo ko\u0161tati 157 miliona evra.<\/p>\n
