World Meteorological Organization &#8211; WMO).<\/h2>\n<p>Najnoviji izive\u0161taj Svetske meteorolo\u0161ke organizacije (SMO) procenjuje da postoji 66 odsto verovatnoc\u0301e da c\u0301e godi\u0161nja prose\u010dna globalna temperatura (eng. annual average near-surface global temperature) izme\u0111u 2023. i 2027. bar jedne godine biti ve\u0107a za vi\u0161e od 1,5 stepeni Celzijusa u pore\u0111enju sa predindustrijskim nivoima.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e verovatnoc\u0301a je 98 odsto da \u0107e bar jedna od narednih pet godina, i petogodi\u0161nji period u celini, biti najtopliji u istoriji.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, dosad je najtoplija bila 2016. kada je El Ninjo bio izuzetno jak.<\/p>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj ne zna\u010di da c\u0301emo trajno prema\u0161iti nivo od 1,5 stepeni, koji je kao granica za dugoro\u010dno zagrevanje tokom vi\u0161e godina naveden u Pariskom sporazumu, izjavio je generalni sekretar SMO Peteri Tales, i dodao da \u017eele da alarmiraju svetsku javnost da c\u0301e granica od 1,5 stepeni biti prema\u0161ivana povremeno sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hla\u0111enje koje je donela La Ninja privremeno je obuzdalo dugoro\u010dni trend zagrevanja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ina\u010de, Pariski sporazum postavlja dugoro\u010dne ciljeve kako bi sve dr\u017eave sveta smanjile globalne emisije gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te i tako ograni\u010dile globalno zagrevanje u ovom veku na 2 stepena, istovremeno ula\u017euc\u0301i napore da rast ne bude ve\u0107i od 1,5 stepeni.<\/p>\n<p>Prose\u010dna globalna temperatura 2022. bila je oko 1,15 stepeni iznad proseka u periodu 1850-1900, s tim da je hladniji talas koji je donela La Ninja tokom vec\u0301eg dela poslednje tri godine privremeno obuzdao dugoro\u010dni trend zagrevanja.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La Ninja se zavr\u0161ila u martu i El Ninjo sti\u017ee<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ali, prema izve\u0161taju SMO, La Ninja se zavr\u0161ila u martu 2023. i predvi\u0111a se da c\u0301e se El Ninjo razviti u narednim mesecima. Moramo biti spremni za ono \u0161to dolazi, upozorio je Tales.<\/p>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj <a href=\"https:\/\/library.wmo.int\/index.php?lvl=notice_display&amp;id=22272#.ZGYqDHZBy3A\">WMO Global Annual to Decadal Climate Update (target years: 2023-2027)<\/a> pokazuje da postoji 32 odsto verovatno\u0107e da c\u0301e srednja petogodi\u0161nja vrednost prema\u0161iti grani\u010dnu od 1,5 stepeni.
