Kako bi to uspela da izvede, potrebna joj je toplotna pumpa veli\u010dine fudbalskog igrali\u0161ta.<\/h2>\n<p>Kompanija pokre\u0107e inicijative za odr\u017eivost skoro svih sektora industrije. BASF trenutno radi na planovima za izgradnju industrijske toplotne pumpe u Ludvigshafenu u Nema\u010dkoj koja \u0107e igrati klju\u010dnu ulogu u njegovoj strategiji za\u0161tite klime. Njegovo sedi\u0161te je u tom gradu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hemijska-industrija-je-ugrozena-i-mora-da-odgovori-na-klimatske-promene\/\">Hemijska postrojenja<\/a> ove kompanije stvaraju veliku koli\u010dinu toplote, a mnogo nje ostane neiskori\u0161\u0107eno. Odatle se se rodila ideja o obnovljivosti. Ispu\u0161tena otpadna toplota iz sistema rashladne vode bi\u0107e kori\u0161\u0107ena kao izvor toplotne energije. Preostala toplota u vodi \u0107e se obraditi kompresijom za proizvodnju pare koja \u0107e se dovoditi u parnu mre\u017eu. Integracijom planirane toplotne pumpe mo\u017ee se proizvesti do 150 metri\u010dkih tona pare na sat, \u0161to je ekvivalento toplotnoj snazi \u200b\u200bod 120 megavata, objavio je MAN Energy Solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Energetska efikasnost bez emisije CO2<\/h3>\n<p>Ovako napravljena para je energetski vrlo efikasna, a pri proizvodnji nema emisija CO2. U proizvodnji mnogih hemikalija koje BASF isporu\u010duje u gotovo svakoj industriji, uklju\u010duju\u0107i gra\u0111evinarstvo i poljoprivredu, tro\u0161i se ogromna koli\u010dina energije. Do 2030. godine \u017eeli da smanji emisije gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te i kupovinu energije za 25 odsto. Potpunu ugljeni\u010dku neutralnost kompanija namerava da postigne do 2050. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj hemijski gigant planira da primeni i druge tehnologije, kao \u0161to su e-bojleri i elektrifikovane parne turbine, da bi ostvario zacrtane ciljeve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161 zadatak je da prona\u0111emo na\u010dine da BASF proizvodi paru bez emisija CO2 \u2013 i to je ono \u0161to volim u svom poslu. Razvijamo re\u0161enja koja poma\u017eu BASF-u, ali i dru\u0161tvu!\u201d rekao je Bart van A\u0161e, globalni potpredsednik kompanije zadu\u017een za tehnologiju u domenu infrastrukture.<\/p>\n<p>BASF svoj princip rada naziva <em>verbund,<\/em> povezanost. \u0160est postrojenja je me\u0111usobno povezano na na\u010din da nusproizvodi iz jednog proizvodnog procesa postaju sirovina za drugi, objasnili su u kompaniji. Na taj na\u010din ona smanjuje koli\u010dinu otpada i maksimizuje energetsku efikasnost.<\/p>\n<p>U kompaniji isti\u010du da su na ovaj na\u010din 2020. godine ponovnim kori\u0161\u0107enjem otpadne toplote u\u0161tedeli oko 18,7 teravat-sati energije.
