{"id":58147,"date":"2023-04-14T16:41:18","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T14:41:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=58147"},"modified":"2023-04-14T16:41:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T14:41:18","slug":"toksicne-vecne-hemikalije-koje-susrecemo-svuda-uticu-na-plodnost-zena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/toksicne-vecne-hemikalije-koje-susrecemo-svuda-uticu-na-plodnost-zena\/","title":{"rendered":"Toksi\u010dne &#8222;ve\u010dne hemikalije&#8220;, koje susre\u0107emo svuda, uti\u010du na plodnost \u017eena"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Perfluoroalkilne i polifluoroalkilne supstance (PFAS), tako\u0111e poznate kao &#8222;ve\u010dne hemikalije&#8220;, velika su porodica sa vi\u0161e od 4.700 visoko postojanih hemikalija koje se ne pojavljuju u prirodi. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0048969723008835?via%3Dihub\">Novo istra\u017eivanje<\/a> objavljeno u \u010dasopisu Science of The Total Environment pod nazivom &#8222;Izlo\u017eenost perfluoroalkilnim supstancama i rezultati plodnosti kod \u017eena u singapurskoj populacijskoj kohorti pre za\u010de\u0107a&#8220; pokazuje da je ve\u0107a izlo\u017eenost PFAS hemikalijama povezana sa smanjenom plodno\u0161\u0107u kod \u017eena.<\/h2>\n<p>PFAS su najpostojanije sinteti\u010dke hemikalije, a u prirodnom okru\u017eenju se jedva razgra\u0111uju, pa su prona\u0111ene u krvi i u maj\u010dinom mleku kod ljudi i \u017eivotinja.<\/p>\n<p>Ovim hemikalijama smo izlo\u017eeni kroz neke od proizvoda koje svakodnevno koristimo, ali i kroz vodu za pi\u0107e i odre\u0111enu hranu.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/scientists-warn-rainwater-is-unsafe-to-drink\/\">Ve\u010dne hemikalije<\/a> su\u00a0prisutne u ambala\u017ei za hranu, ode\u0107i, kozmetici i toalet papiru.<\/p>\n<p>Brojne studije povezuju PFAS sa kancerom, visokim holesterolom, bolestima \u0161titne \u017elezde, o\u0161te\u0107enjem jetre, astmom, alergijama. Te hemikalije su tako\u0111e povezane sa smanjenom plodno\u0161\u0107u, smr\u0107u novoro\u0111en\u010dadi, malom poro\u0111ajnom te\u017einom, uro\u0111enim defektima i zaostalo\u0161\u0107u u razvoju.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Brojne studije povezuju PFAS sa kancerom, visokim holesterolom, bolestima \u0161titne \u017elezde, o\u0161te\u0107enjem jetre&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di iz SAD-a i Singapura merili su PFAS u plazmi prikupljenoj u period od 2015. do 2017. od 382 \u017eene u reproduktivnom dobu koje su poku\u0161avale da zatrudne.<\/p>\n<p>Koriste\u0107i razli\u010dite metode, istra\u017eiva\u010di su procenili povezanost pojedina\u010dnih PFAS hemikalija sa vremenom do trudno\u0107e, verovatno\u0107om klini\u010dke trudno\u0107e i broja \u017eivoro\u0111enih, tokom jedne godine pra\u0107enja.
