Firmi Hidroelektrane na Trebi\u0161njici, koja posluju u okviru Elektroprivrede Republike Srpske, dodeljen je koncesioni ugovor za hidroelektranu Bile\u0107a.<\/h2>\n

Ugovor o koncesiji za izgradnju i kori\u0161\u0107enje hidroelektrane Bile\u0107a u op\u0161tini Bile\u0107a potpisali su Petar \u0110oki\u0107, ministar energetike i rudarstva Republike Srpske, Gordan Mi\u0161eljev, direktor Hidroelektrana na Trebi\u0161njici (HET), i Slobodan \u010comi\u0107, v.d. izvr\u0161ni direktor za ekonomsko-finansijske poslove Elektroprivrede Republike Srpske (ERS).<\/p>\n

HET <\/a>je 2021. godine predao zahtev Ministarstvu za prostorno ure\u0111enje, gra\u0111evinarstvo i ekologiju za procenu uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu za projekat izgradnje hidroelektrane Bile\u0107a.<\/p>\n

Proto\u010dna hidroelektrana Bile\u0107a zami\u0161ljena je kao tre\u0107a i poslednja u nizu podsistema Gornji horizonti. Prvo u kaskadi je postrojenje Nevesinje, a zatim sledi hidroelektrana Dabar,<\/a>\u00a0koja je u izgradnji.<\/p>\n

Hidroelektrana Bile\u0107a \u0107e imati instaliranu snagu od 33,5 megavata. O\u010dekuje se godi\u0161nja proizvodnja od 121,6 gigavat-sati, navodi se u saop\u0161tenju.<\/p>\n

Investicija je procenjena na 127,7 miliona konvertibilnih maraka (65,3 miliona evra)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ugovorom je predvi\u0111eno da hidroelektrana bude izgra\u0111ena u narednih pet godina. Koncesija je dodeljena na 50 godina, a investicija je procenjena na 127,7 miliona konvertibilnih maraka (65,3 miliona evra).<\/p>\n

U bud\u017eet Op\u0161tine Bile\u0107a, bi\u0107e\u00a0 usmereno 95 odsto sredstava<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u200bKoncesionar je pre zaklju\u010divanja ugovora o koncesiji u bud\u017eet Republike Srpske uplatio jednokratnu naknadu za ustupljeno pravo u iznosu od 638.578 konvertibilnih maraka, (326.499 evra).<\/p>\n

Nakon izgradnje hidroelektrane, koncesionar \u0107e u bud\u017eet Republike Srpske pla\u0107ati koncesionu naknadu u iznosu od 0,0055 maraka (0.0028 evra) po proizvedenom kilovat-satu. U bud\u017eet op\u0161tine Bile\u0107a, bi\u0107e\u00a0 usmereno 95 odsto sredstava.<\/p>\n

Bile\u0107a centar zelene energije<\/h3>\n

Ranije ove godine preduze\u0107u V&Z za\u0161tita iz Banjaluke je dodeljen ugovor za solarni park Bile\u0107a<\/a>. Ugovorom je definisano da solarni park Bile\u0107a bude izgra\u0111en za dve godine. Koncesija je dodeljena na 30 godina, a investicija je procenjena\u00a0 na 17,4 miliona konvertibilnih maraka (8,9 miliona evra).<\/p>\n

U skoro svakoj op\u0161tini u isto\u010dnoj Hercegovini, na teritoriji Srpske, razvija se bar jedan velik poduhvat za proizvodnju zelene energije.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
